Why???

Why did you change the app? I had high hopes until I opened, logged in the app and then noticed that I have lost all my instructions manuals. And points as well?

I miss the old Lego life :(

The old Lego life you could actually take pictures because I really wanted to post about my trip in legoland, until I saw the Lego life shutdown :( I was so sad that app was my childhood :( please add a picture feature because I reallyyyy want to post about my legoland trip and I love building legos so I really want to post about it so please add pictures.

Critiques and Opinion

Lego life was a lot better.

The design, setup, and age range made it a really nice app. Thanks to this app, all of that is ruined. It’s more confusing, the app design is too colorful, and it added features that nobody needed.

Something I don’t understand is why you did this. Over half the users left because of the new app. There was nothing wrong with Lego Life. If you can, please find a way to bring it back. If you can’t do this, just try to make it at least a little more like Lego life. The colors and simplicity were more friendly and now it’s just a mess. I tried to give it a try, but the app is unpopulated. My only question is why.

Ok but needs work

I have a couple suggestions. My first one is that I think it would make it better if when there’s a new post, there’s like a little red dot on the page with all the posts that people recently made. Not the page that has the house icon or the plus icon. The one after the plus icon. My second suggestion is about where you can see all your friends. It’s kinda hard to look for my friends when they are not in order. So I would love it if you would make the friends part organized by abc. And could you guys make a part that says how many friends you have? That would be awesome! My third suggestion is for the same page that I was talking about earlier to have a trending part, a part that only shows posts from your friends. My fourth suggestion is to be notified when your friend tags you, makes a post, comments on your post, or likes your post. My fifth and last suggestion is to be able to tag people on your post or comment. Other than that, Lego play isn’t that bad. But I REALLY want you guys to make these updates!!! If you do, I’ll rate this app five stars and make it sound so good that everyone has to get it!!!!!! PWEESE MAKE THESE UPDATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lego life was better by a lot with badges bring back Lego life plsss

Bring back Lego life

Lego play is more like a game for babies, because you can’t even post photos of your Lego any more and it has so many bugs and it’s just not the same anymore.

Response from developer

That doesn't sound right. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device. If you're still experiencing bugs, our experts would love to take a look at LEGO.build/Service-Apple. 📲 - Marine, LEGO® Customer Service

It asked for my my debit or credit card?

My kid wanted my to verify his “Lego account” so I went through the process it wanted me to do, and it asked for either my debit or credit card, and as an extra option, give them the last 4 digits of my social security number. I had to tell him that “this is a scam,” which made him mad at me. I am not going to give out my info to a site where not even the DOMAIN is Lego. So to any parents, don’t trust Lego or the apps that they produce.

To make sure the LEGO® Play app is a safe environment, kids will need parent/guardian permission before posting. To make sure it’s an adult saying okay, you will need to provide a credit card or ID. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged! If your child just wants to browse the app, no need to go through this process. - Marine, LEGO® Customer Service
