The limited time lifetime subscription still asks for $129.99 when clicked. Deceptive at best

Best explanation and illustration. Itโ€™s like GI boot camp training.
No differentiation for age groups.

7 min workout

This 7 min session will certainly get you warmed up. It is hard when you first start but in time you will be rewarded with increased fitness. Highly recommend.

When you just got to do something for yourself

Hard to get started when you not doing it all the time, definitely gets your heart rate up, if you push through it. And you can repeat it as a set if you want to.

Crashed and initially disappointed but then resolved with support

I bought full access to making my own workouts and used it regularly. The app crashed after the latest update and wiped all my saved workouts. Initially I was frustrated that I was unable to restore it but then got direct support to access all the functions again. I use my own workout regularly to do my physio routine and find itโ€™s really helpful. Better than other apps I tried in the interim

Great Ap

Iโ€™ve been using this for a while, just surpassed 250 workouts with it, you donโ€™t any equipment other than a beach or chair you can stand up that will hold your wait and not tip over.

I started with one and now put 3 or 4 sets together for a great workout

Only 7 minutes but works

I havenโ€™t been exercising for such a long time. I needed some muscle and weight loss. I donโ€™t know yet about weight loss but it sure works the muscles. I have been sweating and been out of breath. Just have the free version and doing regular workout. After one day, I woke up to sore muscles. I am very busy but committed to making that 7 minutes. 2 days completed, 28 to go! Who knows maybe I can stick with it for even longer.

Fantastic start to the day

Iโ€™m a creature of habit. I so appreciate the basic 7 minute workout. I donโ€™t need lots of bells and whistles. This 7 minutes is just right. It is brilliantly sequenced with a balance of upper body, lower body, and core work. I donโ€™t get bored. It is a regular consistent wake up to my day. I love to tune up my body each morning with this app.
One very minor improvement that I would suggest. On exercise 5, step ups, they should have you switch legs half way through like is done in the side plank. Then one leg doesnโ€™t take all the work.
