How can this app possible believe it’s acceptable to show the winner of a tournament on the opening screen for the on demand replays of that tournament????? If you want to watch a tournament on demand, when you select the tournament, the first thing you see is a photo of the year’s winner. Ruins it! Turning spoilers off simply means it won’t tell you how long it took for the winner they just told you to win…but it will still automatically show you who wins! Stupid! Go look at the MLB app if you want to see what avoiding spoilers should look like.
And if you exit a match to come back later, it forgets where you were in the match. And the fast forward takes forever!

Terrible stream quality
For almost $120 per year the quality of the streaming both in-app and on my smart tv is totally unacceptable. Appalling that this is the primary source of coverage for much of the tennis season. The one redeeming quality (and the reason for 2 stars instead of 1) is that their customer service made it very easy to get a refund because I canceled within 24 hours of starting my subscription. Outside of 24 hours they don’t provide any refund, so buyer beware before deciding to subscribe.

Literally the Worst App ever created
This app is horrible! Every day I have to delete the app from Appletv and reinstall because when I open it, I can’t scroll or click to view any games or even the settings. I don’t know if I would’ve paid for the full year if I would’ve received a trial first, probably why they don’t offer one. When the app does work, it’s often glitchy. Video goes in and out a lot and if I try to go from one match to another to frequently, it stops working and I have to reinstall the app again. Sadly, I don’t know of another option to watch live ATP or WTA matches.

Support and Streaming of games
This would be a spot on app for Tennis fans if it was more consistent and the the support was there. The web based support takes you into dead ends. Irritates me paying for a service that doesn’t deliver. They show games for a tournament and maybe one of of six is actually shown. I usually go back and forth between matches.

Still Awful
This is the most unreliable streaming app I have ever used. Despite the most recent app update 2 weeks ago, the app crashes almost constantly when watching live streams. In fact, with the most recent update it is even worse. When watching a live stream match, the app will display a streaming error about every 5 minutes. Which kicks you out of the streaming, causing you to have to reload everything and miss the match. I am not exaggerating when I say every 5 minutes. It is truly awful and I cannot believe there are no other realistic options to watch a tennis match besides this expensive garbage app.

This company is very sketchy, run away fast!
The app is poorly programmed full of constant clitches. The app over promises access to big tournaments. Only some finals are offered. For Novak Djokovic’s finals the app freezes every time. Or his tournament final is not offered. Support was not helpful and snarky. Management ignored my concerns and sent a canned response that was hostile and full of legal language stating that they would not refund my money. Luckily I used PayPal and they got my money back. You can easily see all the best games by paying your service provider for the tennis channel premium service instead of paying this third party company to stream to a defective app. The company can’t even handle the streaming load when it does work.

Worst app out there
I love tennis, and I was willing to pay for it. Unfortunately, this is more frustration than enjoyment. I think the pandemic showed Sinclair how much money they could make without actually sending broadcasters to matches so they decided to go the extra mile and not even have them broadcast from their homes/studio. Anyone who reads this, knows how boring it is to watch any kind of sporting event on mute. That’s what this is. As other posters have said, it will freeze and lag and kick you out at the most interesting point in the match and since there is no pause, rewind, or ff, you’ll never get to see what you missed. Do you wanna watch on demand? Don’t get booted out because you’ll have to watch the entire match all over again. I have had this app for several years, but this is the last year they are getting money from me and since you have to buy the Tennis Channel to get Tennis Channel plus, they’re gonna lose both of those subscriptions. We can all still enjoy the grand slams on ESPN where they DO have rewind, pause, fast forward and commentators for all their matches. Hopefully another company will come forward soon and bring us a better app so we can cheer on our favorites.

Don’t subscribe!!!!!
I renewed my subscription to Tennis Channel Plus a few weeks ago and though they changed me every time I try to log on it says my subscription has expired. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on multiple devices as well as clearing my caches and cookies but still unable to log in. Trying to reach anyone to help me sort this out is impossible, the contact us link on the help page will sent an automatic email that will tell you to consult the help page!?!? The chat service is a bot and there is no phone number. I also tried contacting them through their Twitter and Instagram accounts to no avail. Apple should remove this app from the App Store as they are robbing people.

Waste of money, terrible app
I have paid a lot of money over the year to subscribe to tennis channel plus, and my hit rate for the app actually working and letting me watch is less than 25%. It’s a waste of money; what a terrible app. This last time I subscribed and i paid the money and it never registered that I had paid so I didn’t even get to try to watch. Of course no one answered on tech support. This is such a travesty that it’s my only option to watch WTA and I can’t even use the pitiful app when I’m desperate.

Overpriced and klunky
It doesn’t have the basic pausing and rewinding functionalities during live streams, which is basically an industry standard now. For the price we are paying, it should have those functions at the minimum. Also I can’t watch replays of matches on my phone app even when I am at/around my house. It’s ridiculous that I can’t use the service I pay for on mobile— this is also a basic industry standard. This app feels like it was created 10+ years and no one has tried to improve it since.
