Awful/Stay Away From This Lemon
Ditto on the last reviewer. Loaded app and purchased a year subscription. Was happy to finally have a way since cutting cable to watch some tennis. Purchased during the Western and Southern tournament and had the same experience as other reviewers with it being cut off during the most exciting part of the end. Then, I trued to tune in to watch the US open, but app does not recognize my subscription account. The only way to get a hold of customer service rep is through their chat or email and they just disconnect when they can’t help you. They say they cannot find an email associated with your account, but they sure didn’t have any problem taking my money. I showed them a screen shot of proof of my purchase and they still couldn’t help saying they would get back to me by E-mail in up to 48 hours. Apple said they will put in request for a refund and I feel like that’s my only recourse. We’ll see what happens. Don’t waste your time or money on this stinker!!

Cut out in Tiebreak
Paid for an annual membership. Disappointed that I can’t watch the majors on it because of other licensing agreements. Need a cable subscription to actually watch the tennis channel live feed.
You can choose to watch individual matches which seems nice, until I was watching the Cincinnati Open Finals. It was delayed and they cut the delayed stream feed when the actual live match ended…so they ended coverage at 3-3 in the third set tiebreak…
Will likely cancel my membership.

Couldn’t be worse if they tried
This is the most expensive streaming app we have and it is embarrassingly terrible. The app is incredibly unstable and they have dropped coverage mid match more times than I can count. Most recently was the final set tie break in the Cincinnati men’s final and they just ended coverage abruptly, so after 3.5 hours of watching we missed the end because of how terrible they are. How the subscription can cost this much compared to other sports apps such as ESPN+, F1 TV, etc. and be this bad is insane.

Horrendous
Tennis Channel is absolutely the worst streaming service available (while at the same time being the most expensive). The issues are too numerous to list, but I will certainly give it a try. First, we were just watching the W&S Open final, a nearly four hour thriller, and tennis channel cut off the streaming during the final set tiebreak. Are you kidding me? Streaming is consistently spotty (spotty would be the nice word for it) and the app either fails to open or closes unexpectedly multiple times every time we use it. We constantly have to re-log back in to TC+, often multiple times at once. Some matches towards the ends of tournaments are for some reason only available on their main channel, which is blocked out to TC+ subscribers and absolutely makes no sense. So after paying north of $100 per year that doesn’t get you access to all their matches. Cool. To even say that this app is “hit and miss” would be a drastic overstatement, as it is only “miss”. I will, at this point, happily pay more and piece together whatever streaming services I have to to be able to watch tennis apart from Tennis Channel because the infuriation it causes to not even be able to watch tennis half the time is not worth it.

Very disappointing
This has been the worst app I have ever used on my Apple TV. It freezes ,turns to an all black screen and becomes inoperable constantly. We have to keep deleting it, reinstalling it, re-logging in each time. No other app in our Apple TV library has these issues. I wish ESPN+ would carry all ATP and WTA matches. It's really is unfortunate we have to rely on Sinclair Broadcasting Company to watch most tennis matches. The company could care less about customer experience or customer satisfaction as long as they keep stuffing their pockets.

THIEVES! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
I canceled my subscription a few weeks ago because I can’t afford it right now. Even though I turned off automatic renewal they charged my bank account anyway. They don’t have a customer service department so there’s no way to get in touch with someone. I’m trying to dispute it with my bank but it’s a slow process and meanwhile I am unexpectedly down $110 dollars I was depending on this month. Do not ever give these people your financial information. They will steal from you and there’s virtually nothing you can do about it. They just steal your money and don’t give it back. Do not ever sign up for this. Stay away. I wish I could give it negative stars.

A gift for someone you hate
The Tennis Channel's big selling point is the French Open and they can't even deliver on that. Big matches are shown elsewhere (e.g., I came back home this afternoon looking forward to Tiafoe-Zverev only to discover that, rather than being able to stream it directly like with every other Slam's coverage on other networks, it was started on TC and then continued on Peacock, requiring another subscription.)
It truly boggles the mind how they don't have a lineup of the day's matches, each of which has its own stream for watching live and later on demand. That's been the standard for 10 years everywhere else.
They do deserve credit, though, for having an option to hide how long already-finished matches took. That's huge; other networks don't give you that option, probably in order to discourage people from watching on demand.

Bad to Worse
The other reviews really say it all, and just in the past week or so new 404 error issues have cropped up. The layout, being able to switch between matches in a tv guide format, is perfect, but constant streaming/buffering/freezing issues are infuriating. Being able to access women’s matches is crucial. What in the (every inappropriate slur in every language) is going on with this channel ? Why do they even have right to matches that are unavailable on Tennis TV?? Would you please just combine forces and get it right for once ?

New Version Does Not Work Well
The new update does not allow you to switch between matches any longer. The older version would not allow you to see a match unless you chose the #1 channel and then switched to the match you want to watch. With the new version updated this week I can successfully get into any match I would like to watch, but I cannot change that match from the iPad screen. I have to close the app and re-launch to change matches.

No Chromecast?
I like the app but it would be better if there was an option to use chromecast to connect to a tv and not just apple airplay. Using AirPlay does not allow me use my phone without the tv changing to whatever I am watching on my phone. This is a fault of AirPlay but until that is fixed, a chromecast option would be nice
