Atrocious all-around
Why am I watching 15 second ads when flipping through channels after paying over $110? Why is this the least stable app around and crashes once every fifteen minutes at a minimum? Why is the graphic user interface horrible?
I hope developers and tennis channel execs read these comments and reinvest revenues into putting out a product that is worth the cost. They won’t though, because they control a licensing monopoly.
And don’t get me started on the commentators. Get Michael Kosta in the booth doing color commentary. A majority of the commentators are antiquated and cringe worthy. Absolute snorefests. This is supposed to be entertainment last time I checked.

Nope. They may it too difficult. It’s as if they actually don’t want people to watch.
I returned … downloaded the app again … to see if I might want to subscribe again to Plus. I’ve had it in the past but did not renew, largely because of one issue. Like an increasingly large portion of the population … we cut the cord… years ago. No cable company. Just a streaming provided… in our case Fubo. Fubo offers Tennis Channel. So why isn’t it one of the options for regular Tennis Channel viewing. Having to bounce back and forth between application for Plus matches to Fubo for regular Tennis Channel matches was too clunky. As far as I know … Tennis Channel is the only channel stuck this far in the past. If your provider offers Tennis Channel … it should be available within your app. Until then … I will not be subscribing and will, once again, be deleting the app.

Truly terrible.
On top of the many many valid criticisms made by thousands of reviewers before me, I want to point out that TC has now taken the really scummy step of doing pre-roll ads anytime you turn on a stream. So even if you can get this “premium” service to load, you’re forced to start with a blaringly loud ad and miss live tennis.
This utterly captivating sport deserves such better treatment than this terrible service and app.

Hands down the absolute worst app
I can NOT believe no one else has taken the opportunity to create a better app. This app this THE. WORST. It logs me out frequently, it times out, errors out, loses sound, glitches, etc. it’s infuriating. I love tennis and as a remote worker, I have tennis on all day in the background. This app is more trouble that it’s worth. The tv streaming version is absolutely horrible also.

Tennis channel is a fraud
Do not pay anything to the tennis channel. It’s a fraud. You will not be able to watch anything and you can’t get your money back or cancel. Once they have your credit card info you will have to cancel your card to prevent changing. There is no phone number or contact information on the website. This is a red flag. It should be discontinued on the app stores. A one star rating by everybody should be enough information.

The absolute WOAT
Buggy, unreliable, and generally horrible. The worst is the integration with cable providers for Center Court. You get signed out constantly and then get told you don’t have access even though you do. Videos freeze constantly if you get them to load at all. C’mon, guys, get this thing working and make your customers happy! I believe in you!

Do yourself a favor and don’t download or subscribe
I’ll add to the growing chorus of people saying not to download this app or subscribe to Tennis Channel Plus. The app is horrible and crashes all the time, but the customer service and support might somehow actually be worse. They’re completely unhelpful and their strategy seems to quite literally be to wear you down to the point of giving up and chalking this up as a loss and moving on.

Waste
The only option to watch the French Open in the U.S. and it doesn’t even work half the time. I don’t know how this service is our only option. Plus the new updates present problem after problem. It tells me I’m not a member all the time and I have to log back out
Poor App and lack of support
I have been having trouble in logging in my account to watch tennis channel plus. I cancelled it long time ago but need to waited for a whole year without being able to use the service. I basically paid a whole year but only watched a few matches. They don’t provide partial refund. Moreover, no one can talk to me to get the problem solved.

ZERO Stars is not low enough for this app & service
DON’T PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. It is literally run like a SCAM. They intentionally trap you with an annual service and sporadic content offering. Their content rights, technology platform are constantly lacking.
In the unlikely case that the technical platform works when you want to watch tennis, there’s a good chance that the content won’t be available. WHEN this happens you’ll contact the Tennis Channel and they’ll tell you to reconcile with the App Store or your credit card company because they KNOW that it’s likely been 60 days since you subscribed and as a result all paths to reimbursement have expired.
The Tennis Channel will then hide behind this policy and tell you they did all they could. This is literally a SCAM.
