  • New app doesn’t work

The old app wasn’t perfect, but it let me track my session in progress and see what the intensity was and how much time was left. This new app won’t let me do that, and it keeps freezing up or glitching every time I try to click anything, so it’s basically completely useless. Plus, the bright white background is a lot harsher on light-sensitive eyes than the old app’s dark blue background, which isn’t exactly helpful for people with migraines, which is supposed to be the whole point of this app. Supposedly the old app is getting deactivated soon, but if the new app remains this unable to function, it’s going to make using Cefaly a lot more difficult. The Cefaly device was expensive, and having an actual working app to use with it doesn’t feel like too much to ask.

  • App is terrible

All of the things noted in the previous reviews and it won’t let me log migraine attacks. This is a wildly buggy app. It should be able to auto-log treatments done. I upgraded to the Bluetooth device, and it’s an absolute mess. Please make this app usable and more intuitive. Really disappointing.
  • Horrible app

This app does not work. At all. It does not save the information you put into the logs or save the info from when you use the app & device in the logs. The device does not automatically connect, but must be reconnected every time you use the app. The developers quite obviously never tried to use any of the functions before publishing.
