Shockingly bad.
1. The app won’t connect to my device unless my device is turned on, attached to my head. Then I have to turn it off and restart it to use the app accurately.
2. As others have noted, the failure of the app to automatically pair with the device is ludicrous.
3. Last week, if I hit the ramp up button to speed up the ramping, the app would no longer ramp up further automatically, but required incessant button pushes.
4. After the weekend update, the app has trouble tracking any increases, especially if I hit the ramp up button - the screen was blank. (It was unclear that it would ramp up sufficiently at all without hitting the button.)Show lessHomeboy307

It’s too hard to see
Why do I have to put in my device pin Every time I connect via Bluetooth ( none of my other Bluetooth things do that, they automatically pair after 1st time). The screen jumps around when I try to scroll, and Trying to use it preventatively daily, I have to go through six steps, push the little tiny preventative versus acute button. Dot to get it to run that program, which doesn’t always open up. It would be really nice if the app opened right to either two big buttons preventative or acute and then it ran. I don’t know why it opens up to the log. The log should be a pull down menu somewhere else and when I try to click on the log, it always jumps back to acute versus preventative, so many glitches and very hard to see when you got a migraine. The last thing you wanna do is be looking at that screen and trying to find something really tiny.Show lessPain in my eye
Full of bugs! Does not work
The app is completely uncontrollable due to bugs. When navigating the app, It takes several taps on the buttons at bottom I.e. home button to take me to home, when tapping the CEFALY logo at the bottom middle takes me to a screen where the “clock” appears in a very unrecognizable format the countdown started at 3 minutes the finished, I left the screen back to home and again to the clock screen now at 15 minutes count down, it is a mess!! This app is worst than the previous one… also, when tapping the profile button it has two selection profile and overview when tapping several times overview simply blinks sms goes back to profile!!!
This app is importante to me in order to Leto track of my migraines and treatment but I can’t do that since it does not work!!Show lessEsedontwork

firstly, the fact that a migraine app doesn’t have even the option to go into dark mode blows my mind. opening this app while experiencing a migraine feels like knives to the eyeballs.
secondly, the app itself has, like, negative functionality. every time i open it, it prompts me with “get started” even though i filled everything out the first time i downloaded it. it doesn’t show the accurate countdown timer. i don’t trust that the intensity percentage is correct because it fluctuates even when it shouldn’t, along with the countdown timer. sometimes it randomly switches into preventative mode on the app when i’m trying to do an acute treatment, and it’s impossible to switch back without stopping it and starting completely over. i still have to connect my cefaly manually every time i open the app, and it doesn’t track my device usage or save any of the logs i’ve entered manually. trying to control the device via the app is glitchy and laggy, and it always messes the treatment up.
at least the older version of the app showed an accurate countdown timer and accurate intensity. and it had a darker colorway. the new app turned the interface white, removed the (admittedly limited) functionality of the old app, and made the user experience exponentially more frustrating. there is nothing to be gained by downloading the new app. i’d literally rather just use the old app to see how much longer my treatment would go for and to see how high the intensity was. the new app doesn’t even do that and is useless for other capabilities.Show lessaznbbyghoul
Does not work whatsoever
I cannot get the app to work at all. I deleted the old app and reinstalled this one twice so far with no luck.
I’m assuming once you pair your device, it would automatically save. It makes me pair it every single time, but it does not show me any information nor let me change the intensity. I do receive a notification saying to tap the notification to change the intensity, but when I do so, it is not connected.
The only reason I gave this one star was because zero stars are not an option. I am not one to complain for no reason, but this literally does not work at all. I guess they can only make it better from here🤷🏼♂️Show lessDunn0481

As an IT enthusiast, I understand that the app has its flaws, and I know how important it is to provide feedback to help Cefaly resolve issues and improve the app. If we don’t report problems, they won’t know there’s an issue.
I haven’t encountered any major issues myself and appreciate being able to see the countdown for each program. I’m also able to view my logs after manually entering them, just like in the previous version of the app, so I make sure to do that to ensure my information isn’t lost.

There is nothing the new app does better. Every time I open it prompts the let’s get started even tight I completed that in day one. Cannot see the time left on a treatment. Cannot see logged preventative treatments. Still does not auto connect but worse, it doesn’t effect recognize the device is on and prompt you to connect; that’s all manual now. I thought I’d like controlling the intensity via the app but it is glitchy and slow to react. There are additional seemingly random tones on the device that never occurred before connecting to the new app.Show lessMeliEDub
Useless and buggy
This version of the app is essentially useless. The previous version at least tracked the time and intensity and allowed you to log attacks and medications. None of these functions work on the new version. It really feels like they released a bad, buggy update with no testing. Makes me worry about the entire product.Show lessDSF20
