  • Causes more headache

    I think they had good ideas for the new app but nothing works as it should. The timer doesn’t start correctly. I know the intensity level does not make sense and the ramping no longer matches what I feel. Also doesn’t even log the treatments correctly. also putting a six digit code in every time you use this seems silly. How is that not saved into your phone? Very disappointing.

  • Prefer the old app

    Like everyone has said, the timer is always wrong and the percentage keeps going at times even though it’s supposed to be stabilized. Those are the main things I want to see when using the device but I can’t! For me the white background is horrible. One of the usual reasons I get migraines is bright lights, the old app had a darker blue background but this one is bright white which makes it hard for me to look at.

  • Not any better than the last!

    As the previous reviewer stated, there are bugs with the timer, graph, and logs. It doesn’t function any better than the old app.
  • There’s no way they could have tested this…

    Agree with the other reviews. I swear they released this without testing it. I thought the first version wasn’t great. This version is terrible! Unintuitive. A timer that can’t count. Even the questionnaire doesn’t let you put in the most basic info. And it doesn’t even log the prevent sessions that I do. Those things are t he whole point of the app and it fails on all fronts.

  • App is glitchy

    This app has errors and needs fixed. The timer never worked and the percentage was inaccurate when it should showed stabilized. It showed it was increasing. It also did not log the preventative session. This app was released before proper testing. Fix it soon please!
  • Surprised its worse than the old app

    Its less functional than the org app.

    Once the bluetooth is connected the app constantly refreshes to the point it will not respond to commands. Its pretty much unusable.

  • Poor quality, many bugs.

    The only thing I liked about the previous version was being able to see what percentage the cefaly was at during treatment, and how much time I had left. The new app literally does not function when the cefaly is connected. No ability to use the app at all, let alone able to track a treatment. Very disappointed. I would not purchase the Bluetooth enabled cefaly again. It is not beneficial. However the device itself is very helpful, just not the app or Bluetooth.

  • Somehow worse than the old app

    While the new app is more aesthetic, the quality of the app is so much worse. I have been doing acute treatments daily but they are registering on the app as prevent treatments (not showing the proper timing and intensity). I stabilize the intensity around 75% and while the device keeps this intensity, the app shows it going upwards of 125% intensity??? It also takes even longer for the device to connect to the app. I was very excited for an updated app, but I am HIGHLY disappointed. It makes me want to return my Cefaly.

  • worse than the old app if that is even possible

    the graph/active session screen is laughable. the timer is either stuck on 0 or glitching out completely into a long string of numbers. that is just one of several initial observations that make this new app even worse than the old one. I send detailed feedback with screen shots and screen recordings to Cefaly customer service.

  • New app doesn’t work

    The instructions sent do not work. Do not release a new version if you haven’t fixed all the bugs.
