Fine but with bugs

Works fine as an app but right now the search function does not work. When accessing it from the schedule, the search bar does not display.

Always 1 step forward 1 step back

Currently defaults the calendar to “by staff”. It used to default to your last view. It’s very frustrating given how slow the app loads the information to begin with and then having to reload it after selecting by task is just aggravating. Every time Qgenda “fixes” something in an update they mess up a different aspect. It’s truly incredible

Clunky, still have to use website for many features

Would like to see, improve functionality:
(1) just a straight list of shifts
(2) quick way to look at tally of shifts for the month and for the year, so I can check that I am meeting or how much I am exceeding my FTE
(3) The swap and sending to open shifts is a good functionality

Login issues

App always asks for biometric vs other sign in options for the past year or so. I always choose biometric but it always requires me to input my email every time regardless of what I choose, then the password then still bounces me back to the same screen to input the password option. Annoying.

Glitchy iOS app

Good scheduling package overall, but the smartphone app is full of issues. Current examples— Is very poor at keeping the current schedule view open when I switch to another app (ie my calendar, to check something about a shift swap or off request etc.) Also, the commands for the view “by task” vs “by staff” often have the opposite results of what they say— click “by staff” and it shows you the list alphabetized by staff last name etc.

1.2 steps forward, 1 step back

Amazing that every time they fix something they make a new glitch. Beyond annoying that the Schedule defaults to staff no matter whether you like staff or task better or how you left it. And then in time tab it always defaults to medical director tab which I never use. The most frustrating part of Qgenda is they fix one issue and then they create a new issue by changing something that was already working. I wish they used their own app prior to releasing it.

Easy to use

Very user friendly, and easy to use once we had our training!

Enemy of good is better

Seems like every time Qgenda fixes one thing they mess up another. Forever the app defaulted to your last view. Current update gets stuck on”Staff” view instead of “task” view which for my purposes is useless. Just such a frustration that they continuously fix one thing to ruin another. Unreal.

Clunky and irritating

I login Jan 1 to check out my week and it shows me December’s schedule. The login is excruciatingly long and requires 2FA fm(so hackers can’t steal my call schedule). It has to reauthenticate every time I switch away from the app (ie to add notes to my personal calendar).

All in all 0/5, does not perform better than a table in MS word.
