Needs an update
Is in dire need of an update. Functionality wise it’s a perfectly acceptable app but it has issues maintaining sessions - if you leave the app inactive for a bit it times out and gives you an error whenever you try to do something. The only way to resolve is to force quit and reopen the app.

This is simply one of the worst app experiences I’ve had. Just poorly design and buggy.
Only of very limited use due to missing features
This app needs an ability to filter out books that are listed as belonging to the selected library but are on loan. What’s the point in being able to see books that aren’t actually at the library? If I want a specific book, then sure, it makes sense to see all the books, click on the one I want and reserve it, but what I want is to be able to see what would be in stock on the shelves if I was stood in the library, so that I don’t set off to the library if the book isn’t there.

Simply doesn’t work
Enter borrower number, enter pin, select branch - it appears to select but doesn’t bring over information, select login and an error message comes up about entering all details. Which I have done, several times. Works fine when I login online.

When I try to log in it says wrong password although it’s the same as my Spydus account. No option for forgotten password!

Constant errors
Every time I open this app I get and error message and have to restart it. Has become worse over the last 6 months. So annoying.
Rubbish
After logging into my account, page is completely frozen. Have tried deleting and reinstalling - same problem. Won’t be using this app.

So simple to find what you’re after, borrow it and return it.
I don’t use it for much else but would love to be able to create my own library and request alerts for when books of interest are returned.
I’m relatively new to the app and there may have been some fixes but not sure what all the negative feedback is about?
