App doesn’t work at all
App doesn’t work at all. Will not scan barcodes on books or library card. Will not allow to set up account as it will only allow log in so without a password, cannot even access. No help function and no contact us ability. Trying to renew a library book and absolutely useless. Don’t bother.

The app doesn’t work most of the time. It doesn’t move to the next screen, it kicks you out, it freezes. It’s easier to use a web browser, even on your phone.
Doesn’t work on any level
This is appalling. Why Manchester Libraries have introduced it is beyond me but it demonstrates the lack of funding for libraries in the UK. The last update was 3 years ago so can’t be safe!
App do nothing
It only allows me to login to my library and no more no less! It just said there’s problem getting your account information. Please try again later.
Terrible Usability
The app does not let you click certain buttons sometimes and is really un-ergonomic. It freezes and the keys are sticky on it.

Multiple Login Required
Cannot have more than one account linked to the app so it’s impossible to manage my Childrens book loans….
Works well
Works well with Northumberland Libraries. Digital membership card very useful. App would get 5 stars if digital membership was available through Apple Wallet.
Issuing my own books
During these worrying COVID days it has been good to be able to avoid touching shared self service machines and using my own phone to borrow instead.
