App not working
I had great hope for this app but it freezes, search option not working and no graphics on book covers.
Requires constant login
Recently this App requires me to provide my login details every time I need to access My Account, even though I’ve selected “Remember Me”. Please fix
Unusable
The app is currently unusable for me. I tried to click app support in the App Store, and I was taken to a website about laser hair removal which was written in Japanese, which was not particularly helpful.
iPad functionality problems
Works ok on iPhone 12, but refuses to load on my iPad, so that’s no good as I switch between the two often. Needs work!
Unable to search or extend renewal
App was working fine for initial few days but can’t search any title or extend renewal of the books. It is of no use anymore. Have tried uninstalling and installing it. Log out and log in, but this app isn’t doing anything.
Current issues with app
I’ve never had any problems with this app until the last week or so, when all of a sudden I can’t use the “Discover” function at all. This means I cannot currently reserve items through the app because it cannot find them. The “My account” function is working fine though.
For future updates, the ability to get app support in the app itself would be really helpful.
I don’t want to leave a rating but I have no choice so it’s a 3, based on the generally very good functionality combined with the current limited functionality.

Nice functions poor accessibility
I’m being picky, but for anyone with visual problems this app is outstandingly poor. I can hardly read the very fine, grey font, and there are no settings I can find to improve it. Just switching to use my dark display would help (my Met Office app did this a couple of weeks back).
Apart from that it does just what I want for a library app.

Useless if you cannot login!
We have 3 library cards and only one of them is recognised by the app, with the others refusing logon due to incorrect details. Details that are stored on my iPad and work fine using the website!
Love this App
Hampshire Libraries are using this App and I love it. Add your borrower number including the B and any zeros. The password is your pin number. Its so easy to renew your books, and know when your reservations are ready. I love the ability to scan ISBNs and add to a book list. I love issuing books to myself in the library! It is much easier to search the catalogue and reserve books. Developments I would like to see is a visible alert or banner that your items are due for renew soon (to avoid fines) and that reserves are ready to pick up.

Fleet reader
After signing on the ‘my account’ page shows but is permanently frozen. I have tried deleting and re-installing. It is useless and I will not be using this app.
