OK, so I really do love this app so very much and if you’re somebody like me who struggles with mental health, I would definitely recommend this app for your mental health. You can track how your day was. You can even upload a picture. Any picture that you want you can even write a note and just whole bunch of other stuff like that so I definitely recommend this app for anybody who struggles with mental health, this is just so great and it will definitely help me really really bad mental health struggles. I’ve had. I’ve always struggled with mental health issues. This really helped me out a lot.
