Worst cleaners
The absolute worst service ever, last cleaner rocked you with her lunch, didn’t even finish the kitchen and I had to clean up three rooms after them. I was still charged £170?!

App crashes, failed payments, this is an absolutely horrible app that simply does not function. It’s a shame as I used to like them as a business. Will not use again
What has happened to this app!
Is BIZZBY going under? I used to love them, always great service and used them for all kinds of things. The app hasn’t been updated in 18 months, it’s falling apart, you can’t book services anymore unless you go online and even then you get cancelled on. Plus account credits don’t work.
Really disappointed because it’s a great idea and used to be fab and now seems like it’s a dying company. Shame :(

Quick & Easy - Got a plumber same day!
Had a leak at home, got a plumber reasonably priced and excellent service the same day.
Nice and easy to use, highly recommend, will be getting a cleaner for next week! Cheers 🙏🏼🍾

Can’t even log in
Can’t log in to the app. When I press log in nothing happens. Then I close and re-open and am prompted for a mobile number. When I enter my mobile I’m told ‘oops you may have registered with this mobile’
What does that even mean? Of course I registered with that mobile, it’s my mobile number.
Anyway, I can’t progress beyond that stage. So uninstalled.

Excellent service, clunky App

First let me say that I have only used your services once so far, and I am very impressed by the tradesmen that carried out the work. He was delayed en route but communicated that to me through the App so was no issue.
The actual service aside, the App is in serious need of an update to look presentable on iPhone X (it’s been out for a year now). The general layout and feel of the App once you have been assigned a tradesman feels clunky and old, which is a shame as the service you actually receive is second to none.
