Wrong items sent and poor customer service

For a logistics company, they can’t seem to send the correct items that you order. Twice in the last week they have sent the wrong items. Their customer service is useless and do not have either the mental capacity to understand the situation or they are that poorly trained.

Basket is empty

I add pieces to my basket . Once clicked on basket , the items not showing. It’s say start shopping. I uninstalled then reinstalled app again same thing happened. I could enjoy this app but due to this , it’s impossible to purchase any items.
Sorry but you should update this malfunction.

Horrible customer service

1st of al they don’t deliver in the slot we select and cancel and reschedule it according to their comfort
Then they double the quantity of what you have ordered and charge you for them even if you don't need that much quantity.
And after that if try to reach to customer service, they did resolve it but after 1 hour of waiting and no response saying they were still working on it and after being charged to 2 or 3 agents
Is this such a big thing that they had to make me wait for 1 hr and forward so many time.
They customer service is disgusting, the operations is horrible. Please give atleast minimum training to your customer service agents.
The whole experience was bad and customer service made it worse.

Eating food in India

I always appreciate this company, as they always come through with deliveries of fresh vegetables, water, and other such essentials. I also bought some anti-prickly, heat powder, toothpaste, and a toothbrush, and lots of other things. I’ve been in India for two months and I use bigbasket frequently.

Awful experience

It was awful and worst experience with them. They was keep canceling my order without even letting me know after 2 days. And delivery guys, they don’t know how to do customer service. Bad
