1)Big basket needs to focus on their app a lot, you are such a big company with the worst GUI ever, You are app has so many bugs and issues.
2)I had placed an order but it got canceled due to security incident which is very funny when I asked your customer service team they said there was a security issue so it was not delivered, the second time I asked a different person he/she said that there is operational incident.It was unfortunately scheduled to next day but still the delivery time got elapsed and there has been no update on the order.
You guys have given them a script to say sorry a million times, which didnβt even sound genuine.
3)You really need to take care of your Customer service team as they are the frontliners of your company. Please train them. If changes are not made YOU GUYS ARE SOON GOING TO LOOSE CUSTOMERS.
I am closing all my deals with Bigbasket and moving on to Blinkit
