Great service but better delivery options required.
What’s the point of offering express delivery icons (express delivery may be available) if the option isn’t available at check out?
Very irregular service
The app is nice and the idea is great but my orders regularly arrive incomplete, with damaged food or not at all. I really really want to love this but the service is regularly disappointing and I waste more time following up with them and then having to go to the store anyway.

A few glitches with products that aren't always available but otherwise good service. Delivery guys are the face of BB --so might be good to work on their skills and appearance
