Bad customer support

I have cancelled the order after 2 hrs delay. I have tried to reach to customer service but were of no use. The only answer I got was, be patient and the items will be delivered by end of the day. I didn’t knew when to expect the items and had to cancel as I had other plans. Highly disappointed.

Such a fraud. They get payment right away but keep on canceling order. Not get my order and refund.

Awesome app, service and products

Big basket is very user friendly application to use. It saves lots of time because you can order all groceries and other items from the comfort of your home. Prices are reasonable. Service is awesome and super fast. Product quality and variety is very good and broad. Highly recommend this app for shopping.

Worst App User Interface

The experience of using this app has been the worst ever. It keeps refreshing to the home page every few secs. You cannot place a single order without getting frustrated with the Interface.
