The products are on time and the service is as expected. However some of the durable products (like dustbin etc.) came in a very soiled and dirty condition. Otherwise it has been a reliable service.

Using since July 2022. Always on time and good service, with good products. Prices can be bit more competitive. Nonetheless, safely recommendable.

I have been using big basket for quite a while and its the best. Most products that I need are there and delivery is so prompt. The customer service is immediate and always polite. A lifesaver during covid. The delivery staff are the most polite and professional. I am very happy.

It has been such a blessing to have big basket deliver my items. They always have western/foreign products too. We hope they will get more Korean and Asian items. This is a must have app while living in India. Keep up the good work!
My list
The app is fine. One thing that bothers me to no end is that I can’t save items for later or customize “My List”. Please let us add and remove items from “My List”. Thank you
Waiting for 4 weeks and says completed
Order was not delivered but says delivered. It has been four days, I have been following up since but no reply or action. They ask for date of birth, I’d , phone and all everyday and then no action! I will never ever Oder in this place. I’m a tata employee but really bad.
