Something Wrong with Search Capability
I use bigbasket very frequently. However, from past few days their search functionality is not working properly.
Ex: search for salt (you will get random things as results)

Convenient easy-to-use app
This app is among the better grocery store apps out there. Provided one has a phone that can receive OTP messages, login is painless. The scheduling and payment sections are also comprehensive and reliable.

Fraud Website
I really disappointed from their services. Fraud Website. First they take order then after 2 days they canceled order for no reason & they deactivate my account for no specify reason. I register claim against big basket.

A company whose business model is app dependent can’t get basics working. Too many bugs - items in catalog that are not available when you try to order, search errors & pathetic error message; we are fixing your experiences, really?, payment processing errors.
These guys need some real adult supervision, you are no longer a start up!

I have been using Bigbasket almost for the last 9 years. Bigbasket saved my time, effort, transport, traffic issues etc; Prompt service and very good quality. I am very much satisfied. Excellent!

I’m using bigbasket since lockdown and I’m more than happy with their service. Bigbasket has almost everything I need, prices are reasonable and I am very happy for their timely delivery. Sometimes they are earlier than the scheduled time slot but they are never late. Delivery people are also very nice and helpful. If there is any problem, they try to solve it as quickly as possible. Access challenges
I would have given 5 stars but for my recent challenges in accessing the app when not in India. Earlier it was not a challenge but for the last three months- the app just doesn’t load if accessed outside India. Not sure what fixes they did but I hope they raise that they are losing business and customers with this issue.

Good online service
I have been using big basket for 7yrs now. It’s been good service they’ve improved much more than before..returns are easy if you don’t like the product, money’s is back in big basket wallet.
