Horrible Experience
Have one star because I couldn’t give zero, when it seems too good to be true that’s because it is
I was extremely excited for my first order until I got home to find my *package* that I was under the impression since it was a formed BRA that it would be in a box to protect the cups.....stuffed in the mailbox by USPS because they don’t care! Called customer support because obviously the cups and probably the underwire are screwed up I get an agent who can barely speak a lick of English to tell me that a plastic bag is more environmentally friendly than a box......I’ll be taking my money right back to Victoria Secret where I never should’ve left.
Tried on bra just to see how the fit was band size was comfortable but I don’t think whoever makes these bras has ever handled a breast that was even close to a DD let alone a DDD or bigger, boobs spilled out over the top 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ please save yourself and go somewhere else to purchase a braShow lessKayakCutie

Just started my very first ELITE subscription in September it comes every two weeks and so far I wasn’t to excited about the first one wasn’t really personalized at all. 🤷🏼♀️ BUT I gotta say I got my 2nd 📦 in today and they put exactly what I asked for when I rated it. Only issue is it’s hard to get the Bras and I need that most because I haven’t found the RIGHT one yet and my lingerie was too big. I do love that they send cute items to ur door and u can try them on at HOME before buying. It’s a lot less stressful when u get those PERFECT items in. So I rated this a 4 ⭐️ because I do love there products they do listen to ur wants/needs ect. But I kind of need more help sizing wise and the major issue I have it when u go on the app they are constantly out of 36DD & 38 DD I get so sad. When I find that cute one I love and they don’t have the proper sizing but I’m still new at this with Adore me so I’m willing to give it time and COVID happening an all I get a lot of places are delayedShow lessMalloyB

Just don’t do it! Not worth it! You will have endless issues!

Not impressed
I have been a VIP member for a long time and have a store credit which is just sitting to be used and yet each month I pass on using it or suspend my account because there is nothing that I seem to like. The selection is always the same. And then when there is something I like, my size is always gone. Very frustrating. I bet it had been over a year. I actually wish I wasn’t a VIP member. Horrible Company
First of all, let me start by saying I’ve tried this company once in 2017 and once this year in 2020. Customer service is horrible. It takes days to get a response about order delays and they have lost several of my packages. They recently charged my account for a return/exchange that was done in April. It’s now August. The only notification that I got was “thank you for sending your items back, we never received them so we are charging your account”. I sent them an email AGAIN to remove/delete my account and card info COMPLETELY but it’ll probably take them several days to answer that. But lo and behold there is no way to delete a card from the account, nor the account itself. They hoard your info so they can take advantage. I will be disputing the charge. I will never buy from them again and wish to have nothing further to do with them. There should be no reason I can’t delete my account and personal information. It’s unsettling that I cannot at least take my debit card off of the account when I want. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!Show lessChaela93

Ok so I used to be super scared of online shopping because I hate wasting my money. BUT GIIIRRLLL let me tell you, adore me has all my money. I’m a plus sized girl so it’s always been hard to find the right stuff ESPECIALLY BRAS but this app makes it super easy.
However!! This is my 100% honest review so im going to list some pros and cons to this app. As you can never trust something flawless
Pros
Everything fit for me (make sure you know your size and how to size up and or down when needed)
I got a response when I email them about shipping
I have the VIP membership and it makes it clear when you need to pay and how long you can pause it for.
There are always some deals going on!
Cons
Shipping took so long I almost forgot I ordered. This is due to the COVID shipping problems usps is having so I don’t think it’s adore me fault BUT it is something to keep in mind
Restocks take awhile (I’m still waiting for a bra I’m obsessed with to come back)
The app can glitch sometimes where it closed by itself.
That’s all I have for this one but I do think this app is worth it and so is the product.Show lessrtayule
