I regret subscribing to YuppTV. After making the payment, I quickly realized there’s practically no customer support. They only offer assistance through email, which is incredibly slow and frustrating. It takes forever to get a response, and by the time they do reply, the issue has already caused a lot of inconvenience. The service itself isn’t worth the money, and the lack of proper support just makes it worse. Save your money and look for better options. I wouldn’t recommend YuppTV to anyone.

Way too many ads on all subscription plans & slow servers
Whatever plan you take, does not matter. There are way way too many ads! Don’t know why they even give subscription plan without telling this beforehand! HD plan is a gimmick, their servers are way too slow to respond and you “Automatically get downgraded to SD quality!”. Why this may ads on paid subscription even without the option to skip?

Bad experience
I have done 1 year subscription few days ago and still today I am not able to access the channels. I am constantly trying to contact them through live chat. The customer agent is continuously apologising instead of providing me a proper solution for the issue. And they will not refund the money you paid even if it’s not your fault. It is very frustrating. I will never suggest this app. To anyone. The worst app I have ever used.

Terrible App
Anyone thinking of paying for the IPL subscription with this app, don’t bother. A complete waste of $40. Idiotic layout. Game videos are not labelled clearly. Hard to find out how to watch a full replay of a match. And all times are in IST.
Stay away - Worst streaming service & support
Extremely frustrating experience. I had to pay upfront for year of service where support marketing claims is the best deal - only to watch “channel streaming service is not working at this time. Contact support”. And then good luck getting any resolution. Same story repeats, everyday support is sorry for inconvenience. But no resolution. Support does not even know which channels are working and which are not!!

PAYMENT FRAUD
These guys are fraud. They have deducted $40 from my bank account without my consent and no customer support from them. Worst app ever used. Submitted dispute of payment through bank hopefully things will be in my favour. Blocked card and i will suggest others to not to save you card details.
Most of the Channels are not working
When subscriptions are paid , lots of channels are working , now most of the channels says ‘ to subscribe’

I just thought I’ll leave you a review. I subscribed to yupptv as my parents were going to visit me and they wanted to watch some Indian channels during their stay . Signing up was very smooth so 10/10. Payments were taken on time. But when I tried to unsubscribe in 3 months time. It would show me and option to unsubscribe the subscription which costed me approx £17 for another 6 months. Finally I had to call my bank to cancel the payments to your company. I have emailed too asking for help. But the help came through when I had already stopped the payments. Felt like being conned robbed whatever you call it.

Scam TV
They made me buy subscription for 15 months saying it’s a good deal. I paid $200 upfront and within 4-5 months they removed all the prime channels categorizing it as sunNxt and left the least watched ones and they say I have to pay an additional $180 to avail the sunNxt channels.
A good company would either return the money or honor their promise for the rest of the subscription period. But this company runs a scam. They won’t do either and they don’t respond as good as when they sell the product. And even when I call to complain about this issue, they’re least bothered about the issue and keen on selling the new sunNxt subscription. Such a waste of money

If you’re like me and used this App/streaming channel primarily to provide elderly relatives/parents access to Indian TV channels, please read as this review is for you. My parents primary interest was tamil channels which are now NOT available since last month. Instead, they are on SUN NXT. No Jaya TV or Vijay etc. i just canceled my subscription and gave these reasons but they don’t care. Customer service is terrible. Chat agents don’t have any answers. Please save your money and go to Sling. This is not a paid endorsement
