Badly coded app
Connects to my box fine then app closes itself and refuses to connect. Says the phone needs to be on the same network
It’s a shame because when it does work it’s great but most of the time it doesn’t.

Wish you could give nil star. What is wrong with this company? This app is a waste of d SF pace. As for Humax in general. They have lost the plot. Unable to update apps on system, slow channel change and unit over heating. A catastrophe of a product. Stay awayUKNoely
Works Well with my FVP-500T
Recently purchased a FVP-500T and this remote app works quite well, had no issues, handy if the wife has the official remote.pitabread15
A big pile of poo like their set top boxea
It doesn't work. The TV programme schedule is often just plain wrong. If you relied upon this to set your recordings you'd come home to nothing.
And this fits well with the problems surrounding Humax's latest set top boxes. They are slow, clunky and often just plain FAIL. They lose the internet connection and catch up TV. You have to reset them regularly to get all the features back. The remote feels cheap and tacky.

Happy Old FVP-4000T User
Having problems with some of the buttons on my old FVP-4000T remote and found out about this app. Downloaded and worked immediately - even though the app says it only controls iCord HMS 1000S and 1000T - Happy! Make sure it is on the same WiFi network as the iPhone - I run multiple networks at home.Show lesstweeb300
Total rubbish
Doesn’t connect to two of my three humax devices even tho it finds them and lists them. The other one works intermittently with it. It also causes one of the boxes that it won’t work with to crash.

Hang you heads in shame
This is atrocious. Just complains it can't connect. Yet the freesat app works first time and includes a remote control that work flawlessly. How on earth can a third party app work so perfectly when their own app just won't even connect!
