  • Better Than the White Pages App!

This app is able to identify "unknown" callers and calls that only identify themselves with a phone number. Works for me about 98% of the time. Yes, some calls could be legitimate numbers, however, keep in mind that phone numbers are often "spoofed" so there isn't any way you can tell who the actual caller is. These
"Spoofers" are getting more clever. Grateful for this app which works 100 times better than the White Pages app, which I only get results 2% percent of the
    time.

  • Great for the price; does what it says it does

The UX could be improved in a couple of ways:
    - put a lookup field on the first screen, or at least a "tap the phone to continue " message. It took me a minute to figure that out.
    - after looking up a number, put both Geolocate and Lookup Another buttons so you can skip the Geolocate step
    - leave the input field open so you can Lookup Another in one step after your first lookup

  • Serves it's purpose for sure.

Yep does exactly what it says in locates the number area it came from. I get a lot of telemarketer calls and they're getting pretty crafty. The numbers will show up Caller ID from our area. Siri or so forth. That I have family or friends. With this I can pretty much cleaner and have found that people drop calls from other areas. And for free yeah it does what it says. Thanks app your the haps

  • Very Helpful App

I have used this app for sometime now, about 18 months...
It does not always find out who is calling by name but it seems to work about 90% of the time and that is good enough for me to offer a *****5Star Rating*****
For the 10% that i can not get a name i try: allintext: "xxx-xxx-xxxx"... this is part of Google's search procedure and it is helpful too... go to Google and do a search called Google Search Engine for more details...
Thank you for reading my review and i hope it helps you in your decision making process to give this app a try... and to try and reduce the massive spam and scam problem we have allowed to fester in the USA!

  • Seems to work OK

I've not gotten sufficient lookups to determine fully the value of this app. It keeps pestering me with a request to give it a positive review when I've not had enough success to do that. The app needs to count the number of times it is used and after 25 or 30 times, then ask for a review. When first executed, it should inform the user that this will happen and then, when used, a little side marker saying something like like "23 uses till review." Then 22, 21, etc. So far, I'm irritated by this app and if that irritation continues, I will delete it! - Guy from Colorado

  • Better than others I've tried so far

This app has been solid. Contrary to another reviewer's complaint, you do not have to memorize or write down numbers. Simply copy and paste from your call log. The other caller id apps I have tried so far did not have the copy and paste feature that I expected. Other apps required payment for credits just to be able to use despite claiming to be a free app. Another two or three could not identify any of the 10 numbers attempted. This app identified all 10. I have only used it for a little while but I don't expect many if any trouble. I'm completely satisfied as it offers everything that I need for free without unnecessary bells and whistles that are expensive and rarely functional. This is the app you want. 4 stars!

  • Exactly That ! ! !

The app is exactly that, a free software app capable of identifying the caller that you are looking to see who the number might be or where the call originated from. The app does not interphase with your phones ability to store or review present or past calls, but how hard is it to memorize 10 digits. I remember growing up having to remember my home, work, relatives, and then some phone numbers. But in a world that now limits our abilities to use are mathematical and long and short term areas of our brains, essentially dumbing us down ! For what it is, it's better then paying a look up fee, or having to google reverse look up numbers. And it only takes less then a minute if that to look up a number through this app. How hard is that. I thank the engineers of this app for your ingenuity and time it took you to devise this app.

  • Almost perfect

I have been trying to find the perfect source of reverse directories -- I have not found one that is perfectly accurate every time I use it... but this one is pretty good...it's better than the others I've tried-- even some that I paid for are not as good as this one---and it was free! So I can't complain---It's not going to be useful if you expect it to be perfect... but it's probably as good as you're gonna get--- I've tried lots of others - and this is currently the only one I haven't deleted -- I use it frequently-- it's not gonna cost you anything to try it--- so why not check it out...

  • Jo Jo

I like the app but the geographic location information is very limited. I looked up some of my contacts first and most of the addresses were super inaccurate or vague (like resulting the location as Texas instead of at least narrowing it down to the city of residence. Many of the numbers I searched didn't even have a geological /address. I am trying to wean out spam calls... I get a lot of them because I sign up for a lot of online coupons etc... And come across many spam posers. More detail in the search would make this app awesome.

  • Works for me!

I have used this app for quite awhile now and I have no complaints. It's easy to use and I can see who to call back or block.

Here's what I do because there isn't a back space. I just get my iPad, go to the app and put the number in from my iPhone. If you don't have your iPad with you, just wait until you get home. It is just that simple and the problem is solved. There's no need for paper and pencils to write down the phone number.
