  • A Horrible & Frustrating Experience

    No matter what I try I cannot get this App to connect to our Office 365 Online application.

    I keep getting “We can’t find any apps for your role.” Message and there is nothing on the web to sort this out.

    I copied and pasted the URL right from Safari on iPad, so I know the url is correct.

    What’s the point of releasing an App that doesn’t work, I’ll stick with the browser.

  • One more star if...

    I would give this product one more star if they could fix the Power BI functionality within the iPad application on iOS11. Overall, great product. We use this with our sales force for adding opportunities and they have learned how quick and it easy it is to enter in deals.
  • 2 steps forward 3 steps back

    Improved look and feel with this latest release, but scheduling errors all over the place. In other words, it's Microsoft
  • Want to be excited, but...

    Not sure what's going on but after the update the icon changed but the version number in "about" is not the same as the version number the update claims to be.

    Is there something that needs to happen with our admin on the backend?

    Since upgrading to iOS10, this app is not working.

    Pensaba haber encontrado un App realmente buena ya que Microsoft Dynamics es un gran sistema, pero cuando trato de acceder se me queda en la pantalla de tips y no camina más.
  • Just what we needed...

    Our company uses this app extensively. Works great!
  • Advanced Find View

    App has been pretty fluid. Everything was working perfectly till the advanced find view stop retrieving results. It just errors out now. This is a big issue for my company since the reporting entity isn't available I was leaning on the advanced views as a alternate way to pull custom results
  • Literally unusable

    I am forced to use this abysmal product which barely works online let alone via outlook but it breaks all levels of frustration and disappointment on the iPad.

    As the title says it's literally unusable on the iPad and don't even try it on the iPhone, it's pointless.

    I want to get in and get out when updating my CRM. The less time I can spend the better but Dynamics seems to have a different view. It's slow, unresponsive, incredibly frustrating and just poorly implemented. To write up an appointment takes a ridiculous amount of time and I have just given up and gone back to my the online version from my computer.

    Having this app installed does nothing for my business but take up space.

  • Have un-install and re-install all the time

    This is a very frustrating app. I have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Every time I try to add an opportunity from the left drop down list it gives me an error code and the grey menu button on the bottom right disappears. On my desktop it works ok, but is not user friendly most of the time there either.

    My IT eat, even suggest that I don't use the menu on the left to add an opp that way. I have to find a customer first and then add an opportunity from that menu.

    Very irritating.
