More frustrating than helpful...
Constant problems signing into the app, server connection issues, "download updates" don't work. They should have a huge BETA tag on this app.Inconsistent app
Works some time, most time it does not. Only iOS compatible if you dot all the I's and cross all the T's. Not enterprise ready.Needs more work to be useful !!
Primary issue is that the app does not connect with CRM 2013. We provide path, and app does not appear to locate path to on-premise service. It may be this app only connects to on-line service, and that is our problem, but there is no feedback or error message to advise the user. CRM 2013 is promising. Mobility is important to us, so I am sure this issue will be corrected in time. We are CRM 2011 and operating CRM 2013 in a "sandbox" for the time being. Planned deployment for CRM 2013 is Q1, so would be nice to have this app functional for on-premise before end of Q1.Show lessGreat Tool but needs work

Recurring errors in loading the data. App crashes sometimes. Need to include chart views in the app for it to be more useful.Crashes at launch
Does not run on my test iPad 1 even after reboot and reinstall. My iPad has IOS 5.1.1 so it meets the requirements. I've only installed about 5 apps on this iPad as it is used to test the Safari browser.Finally! Official dynamics CRM mobile app
This is a fantastic app. It is great to be able to finally use CRM from iPad.Great app!
Absolutely love the new interface with Dynamics CRM 2013. MS did a great job with this.
