Doesn't work with iOS 8
When will this be upgraded?Not a chance for iPad
Seems like others like for iPhone so maybe try that but doesn't work on iPad. Can't change between different account and activity views which renders it useless. Just look at how many third party CRM apps there are on the App Store. Clearly this one is worthless and others have started to create their own. Hey Microsoft, what's the point? Get over yourself and realize that people will always want to use your software from the apple platforms.Show lessterrible just use the mobile webpage
had old ipad, did not support. have brand new ipad air2, does not work, am not sure what limited sliver of platform this app will actually work with, works fine on my iphone
actually its just a mirror of the mobile web crm version, so guess its really pointless to have this app anyway
was part of the team that selected crm over salesforce and have regretted ever since,
unbelievable large company like microsoft has not been able to put better mobile solution to crm, as its a sales tool and most sales professionals work in the field on the roadShow lessCrashing

After numerous attempts, the downloaded app won't even open. Typical Microsoft.App no longer works after RU2 OR SP1
SP1 applied to environment but iPad app still doesn't work. Ugh...

New version of app released on 4/17 but still doesn't work. NOT GOOD QA MICROSOFT!!Nice app
Really like the design and functionality of this app on the iPad. Only gave it 4 stars because the swipe up from the bottom doesn't work well since iOS has control center that uses the same gesture. At least they add an icon for it that you can tap, but it is obviously a carry-over from windows 8 gestures.Show lessipad issues
this app works great every time on the iphone, but only worked the first time on the ipad. Since the first install, I continue to get an error "something went wrong while initializing the app, please try again, or restart app". this app needs a release with a fix for the ipadOffline
After update, unable to login. App remains in offline status.Works as expected
We run this I'm a large organization, have CRM on premise, and have not had any issues with connection or other app errors. The few errors we encountered we due to our own JavaScript.
To the guy with issues connecting, this app requires an HTTPS connection, without it you can't connect.
I find using the app to be more pleasing then using CRM in the browser.
Looking forward to future releases that promise offline abilities.Show less
