I have gone to all branches, all over the valley and I have only been treated with kindness and respect. All interactions have met me with understanding in some of my troubling times. Love App! Offer Dark Mode & Chg Time Zone
I love the app! Please add dark mode option and the ability to change my time zone in the app. Please also allow the user to add notes on their transactions. Thank-you! CUWest - Sister Satellite branches no more. You really could have done a better job informing members of the change a year or so ago on how to deposit checks electronically without sister satellite branches. You have a lot of older retired military members in other states that relied on sister satellite branches and you didn’t do a very good job showing them how to take a picture of their checks and deposit them that way. It would’ve helped in the deployment of the change. I’ll admit that, that, coupled with the name change from Luke Federal Credit Union to CUWest, does send a strong message that your business no longer prioritizes their military members. 13 month CD
I just opened a 13 month CD from out of state with new money. With the amount I used it was a stressful transaction. Sally was very helpful and followed through with all the steps that she said she would do. I am very impressed with her performance!

I had houses and the other bank called my loan due I had and don’t remember but I made all current payments and with a blink of an eye the houses were gone. My bank cards were frozen even though I was working I could not use any of the cards from this other bank. I went immediately to Credit Union West and talked to the branch manager and she said “ you are lucky we were going to follow this other bank but we listened to you and we will keep your cards safe and open. Love the people, love the smiles! Love how they remember me, love the fact that they help me achieve my goals and dreams quickly and efficiently. App needs to get better.
I usually use Face ID and tried to login in to the app. It sent me a review and I declined and it signed me out of app. It wouldn’t give me the option for Face ID again, and my password would not work. I have been banking with credit Union West over 15 years now. Credit Union West has been very helpful throughout the years whether it is a new car loan/used car loan, home-improvement or personal loan. They have always made each transaction very easy.
