Clunky
This app is representative of RGCU: not user friendly. You can only see 5 days worth of transactions at a time without clicking “load more” each time you go back further. And recently it stopped letting me log in with Face ID. It doesn’t integrate with my password manager, so I just have the app keep me logged in, which is of course far from ideal. My message to RGCU in general: get your ish together, you’re a joke.Show lessengi500
Slow glitchy app that occasionally works
App struggles to load, for some reason only shows recent transactions which is only the last day or so, and can’t load older transactions even when you try to see them.Maria4872
On Line Accounts
I have been unable to log into my account using my laptop computer and was forced to use the mobile app on my phone. This has been an ongoing issue, and no one can explain why I am unable to use my laptop.Rtrujillo89

Called to get help with my banking mobile app and couldn’t reset or enter a password the customer service lady just hangs up on me after giving me the reset password that’s all. No call back or anythingMango sauce 💜

I have been with Rio Grande Credit union for over 30 years and never been disappointing until our recent commercials. The commercials with Annette, makes women and individuals who live in the south valley sounds so uneducated. I have spoken with different Bank Managers who actually have stated that they cannot believe that Rio Grande credit union would have that type of commercials “what type of people are they trying to attract”??Show lessFYBAFW
