Works fine usually
I’ve been using this about a year to check balances, move funds etc. I like that it lets me use the sign in for my cell phone, which in my case is my fingerprint. That function stops working once in awhile. I’ve deleted it and downloaded a fresh copy but it still does that now and then.
Update: Just now I tried it for the first time in a few weeks and it worked just fine, so perhaps they’ve worked on it? I still recommend it though. There’s usually a time lapse between when things are introduced and when they are working flawlessly for all the odd devices out here.Show lessFrank Conway
Worst bank ever!
I have never entrusted my hard earned money with such an inept bank. They never have returned my request for communication & I’m done. They let my husband pull out over $40k without so much as a question about why & what they could do better.krd!

You can not do reoccurring payments and may not have access to a home computer, and if you cancel a payment it will cancel the reoccurring paymentssemperfi76

Password Problems
My only complaint is that I find my password has expired without warning ahead of time. Because of this I have had to call to reset my password. I’m not even sure how long my password is good before I have to reset it. That would be helpfu to know.that guy with the face
