  • Works fine usually

    I’ve been using this about a year to check balances, move funds etc. I like that it lets me use the sign in for my cell phone, which in my case is my fingerprint. That function stops working once in awhile. I’ve deleted it and downloaded a fresh copy but it still does that now and then.

    Update: Just now I tried it for the first time in a few weeks and it worked just fine, so perhaps they’ve worked on it? I still recommend it though. There’s usually a time lapse between when things are introduced and when they are working flawlessly for all the odd devices out here.

  • Worst bank ever!

    I have never entrusted my hard earned money with such an inept bank. They never have returned my request for communication & I’m done. They let my husband pull out over $40k without so much as a question about why & what they could do better.

    Add face recognition would be great I have to type password all the time cause the new iPhone don't got finger print.

    You can not do reoccurring payments and may not have access to a home computer, and if you cancel a payment it will cancel the reoccurring payments

    Man I am all about my account and I want to know everything that’s going on it’s nice to see everything anytime anywhere I can deposit checks right from my phone transfer and see my vehicle loan do everything I need to with this app its so worth the time makes life easy 5star app thanks RGCU

    It’s unfortunate that this app does not have more options. Such as a notification/alarm when money is spent from your account etc...
  • Password Problems

    My only complaint is that I find my password has expired without warning ahead of time. Because of this I have had to call to reset my password. I’m not even sure how long my password is good before I have to reset it. That would be helpfu to know.
