I had the fingerprint setup and LOVED the feature. But after being required to change my password to my account and being prompted to disable to rather and reanble after, it won't work! After selection the option to set it up then pressing 'Yes' in the next screen, my screen becomes unresponsive! (It's only unresponsive after trying to enable this feature) PLEEEEASE fix this!Show lessMobile Deposit?
Saw the latest update... "Now with mobile deposit!" Great! Need to try this out! Downloaded the update and clicked on the mobile deposit application button and received a message stating that this feature is not available with my account. What? Why not? I have both a checking and a savings account. What account do I need to have in order to use this feature?Show less
