From Great to Shameful
Game Golf Pro is Not Good!!!! NEGATIVE STARS!!!
I emailed customer service and I was told that I needed a replacement medallion and that Michael, the Customer Service rep, was processing the shipment of a replacement medallion.... then both Michael and Customer Service went dark on me... no replacement medallion and no responses to my MANY emails asking for an update.
Also, there is not a customer service phone number to call. You have to set up and appointment for Game Golf to call you... I did this and to no surprise NO ONE CALLED at the specified time.
I don’t regret much, but I do regret buying this Game Golf system!
I’ll update this review should Game Golf actually stand by their product. Until then, learn from my expensive mistake and do yourself a favor by looking elsewhere for a golf tagging system!
Bugs are getting worse
Tracking with Pro simply non functional as the GPS drops out, device turns off, and shots stop tracking for particular clubs. It has become a huge distraction fixing ever shot by hand.
I’ve reported to support nearly 12 serious bugs that a major impacts, in total only 3 have been resolved in the last 7 updates.
-GPS drops out frequently
-Caddy frequently thinks the hole is at your current location
-Caddy makes terrible club suggestions (4-5 clubs too high)
-Screen shuts off in map view when iPhone X light sensor is blocked when trying to press the back button.
-iWatch app is nearly useless and it updates too slowly or displays the wrong stroke count
-Putts never track correctly, new confirmation dialog is obnoxious
-Holes will report incorrect scores and stats like 900yd drives in your stats even when shots display correctly.
-Review round is buggy and confusing
-All sorts of crazy shot location display bug like double tracking all shots

App is broken
PRO Don’t bother
As others have said GG should spend more time listening to what the consumer wants, you just need to look at the forum, than keep bringing out new equipment that is not as good as the previous version, I would go back to the live but unfortunately that does not work with the latest Mac software, I hope they can sleep well knowing the have my money.
