Poor Service
I called into XL Centre Sunset Road to extend my IEME registration for 3 more months.
I was told that the ergo expired Tomorrow and that it could not be extended today
I had to come back tomorrow morning to do that.
The Customer Service staff checked and confirmed I could not do it
What terrible service!!! It’s not Customer Service when you tell your customer “ Sorry we cannot today, come back tomorrow”

Cant top up via the app. If its not one issue its something else. Customer service never replies. When they do, they just say to top up via the app even thats why you’re contacting then because its not working. No way to get any information from the website either.
