Could be better if you could plan your own workout templates and programs from within the app

Awesome app. Worth every sec!!Just awesome
This is an amazing app - I love to use it to plan my programs and track my progress - and to quickly review how to do an exercise since I train by myself and sometimes want to double check that my movement is perfect. I find it highly motivating and much easier to stick to my routine by tracking everything in the app.
The only thing: the number of total weight lifted only goes up to 1m lbs (yes, I really use this app all the time). Now it just sits there and I don’t see the progress anymore - please find a way to show the progress past 1m lbs :)Show lessLove this app
This is the first workout app I've had that I truely find has almost everything covered, epic app. Only thing I would like added is a favourite excercise list so you can quickly add excercises simpler.NEEDS OVERHAUL
This app is in desperate need of a overhaul, I’ve been using this app for 3 almost every day. However I am now using paper and pen, or will be looking to use a different app and lose my data.
Problems include
1. Can’t see tracked cardio exercises on previous history. This means you can only use this for standard exercises in a narrow range. BIG ISSUE.
2. Doesn’t allow other apps or Apple health app to read its data.
3. Previous history feature used is clunky and often prone to delay. For instance, it doesn’t save drop sets accurately.
4. Weekly email misses out workouts that were complete.
A little sad to see such a popular app go so downhill from a clear lack on input and resource investment. Management - get your heads sorted 🤪 and realise the customer base your slowly losing 🙏🏻Show lessGreat app, needs a few improvements
I’ve used this app for almost a year and it has completely shifted the way I workout. Using programs (I use Kris Gethin’ 12 week trainer) has made a drastic difference in the way I work out and the goals I’ve set for myself. I love how each day has a set workout list, some that are familiar and some that are pretty foreign, that are geared towards accomplishing the end goal. I can go into the gym not incredibly motivated to workout in the beginning but as the program list helps he organize my workouts in a way that helps me finish every session.
What still needs improvements, however is certain bugs within the programs. I’m not sure if it is specific to the program I use because as of right now I’ve only used one but there have been some pretty frustrating issues that have put pauses on my workouts. For example, there will be times were it just won’t list the “target rep number” where it should. Sometimes it won’t list the workout day all together and I’ll just have to skip it and move to the next day. I’ve actually temporarily paused my subscription because I didn’t want to deal with these issues.
This is the only review I’ve given for an app because it’s one that I want to incorporate into my daily lifestyle as I saw significant improvements in my workouts and wellbeing after using it. If these issues were to be resolved I’d for sure pay for a subscription to keep going after my goal.Show lessGreat but buggy
Great app for tracking fitness, finding workouts and a supportive community. Only downside is the number of bugs that stop you from enjoying it 100%. Used for 2 years no issues, but the app seems plagued with them now. No notifications for the past 4 months and many times I have had to restart the app because it failed to load. Annoying when your mid tracking a session.Show lessAwesome app!
This app helps me track my progress which helps me have more balanced workouts throughout the week. I also find it very motivating with all the support and encouragement you get from other members as well as a weekly progress report that they send via email that let you know when you beat a PR and how well you worked various areas of your body over the week. They have a large selection of exercises that you can track, but still need to add more in my opinion (hence the 4 rating and not a 5). Overall FANTASTIC app! My only complaint is that they don’t continue to add new exercises to track...I like to track EVERYTHING to keep myself accountable.Show lessGood app for tracking workouts
Easy to create your own workouts or follow others. A deep library of exercises, and a weekly summary any via email. Rest timer keeps you on track. So far it’s free and keeps me focused on my workout when I’m at the gym.
Bugs: timer settings don’t flow through to all exercises in a planned workout or if you add exercises not on the list.
Desired Enhancements: ability to add notes during an exercise especially if doing a variation or what worked/didn’t work when trying a new exercise. Also ability to view historical data online so can see more than just weekly progress.Show lessKeeps You Focused
After using various apps to track my training I think is the best that I have come across. It allows you to follow a plan or you can make your own template. The one think I would like to see in the future is to have it sync with my Apple Watch.
