  • Best workout app

This is the best workout app that I’ve come across by far. You can download different workout plans and search for certain ones with filters like gender, age, muscle group, intensity and more. You can use other people’s workout plans as templates and adjust them as needed or create your own. The descriptions of the exercises helps beginners to feel more confident about what they are doing. You can put in your own sets and reps along with the weights you used. For cardio workouts such as the elliptical or treadmill you can even go in and add details such as the amount of miles you ran how many calories your burned and your heart rate.

  • Great app with huge potential

I recently downloaded the app again to start a workout program (shortcut to size) and I’m loving the workouts with built in guides. Fairly easy to log, and great timers and tools to help me from getting too distracted at the gym. My main complaints are that it’s ALMOST perfect. It needs some polish in the design to make it easier to see what’s happening, it would be amazing to have it work on Apple Watch so I could leave my phone. The workouts themselves and the logging aesthetic could use a facelift. All daily minor things but they are holding it back from a world class 5* app. I’m hoping they keep updating the design to make it more intuitive and efficient.

  • Great app, could use some improvement

This is probably the best tool out there. I’m a little salty they started charging for All Access which used to include things like meal plans and supplement info for free with the workout. Sometimes I wish they had alternate exercises for people who are injured or don’t have access to all equipment. Sometimes when you click on an exercise to track it it will also give you the wrong way to calculate how long or how much you did so you have to guess. Other than that this is basically my Bible to weight lifting. I highly recommend it for everyone.

  • Love it but has room for improvement

Like all of us, this app is working hard but has room for improvement. It would be beneficial if we could make notes on the workout or easily modify a workout plan if the gym doesn’t have certain equipment etc. I know you can add sets or add extra exercises at the end of a workout but being able to modify an existing super set would be helpful. Making notes like, how a certain exercise made you feel, what you should work on, tips to improve your stance etc. would be great too. Let’s take it to the next level!
The search feature is quirky too. Sometimes I can search for an workout plan by a name and it comes up, sometimes it doesn’t. Searching for a particular exercise isn’t easy either. The categories don’t always make sense or have a body part even selected so it’s hard to find an exercise if you don’t know it’s exact name.
Again, the app is awesome and it’s amazing that it’s free. This is just some wishful feedback.

  • Great

A great app with an excellent database of exercises that will help you build quality routines. When you add an exercise it will remember your weight from a previous workout which is always helpful.

It would be good if the was a fast “add to workout” button so you could pick exercises from previous workouts and add them to your current one. As far as I can see the only option now is to use the whole previous workout as a template.

  • Great app but..

Love this app! Able to track workouts accurately over time and compare to previous results.

However, loading photos is a pain, and sometimes with workouts like the sled push, it wants to track your reps and not your weight. You can input the weight still, but the tracking system makes it difficult to see previous results and compare to see if you’re growing stronger.

But for being a free app, I can deal with all that. Best app I’ve ever used to help keep me honest in the gym! Still deserves 5 stars in my eyes 👀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Gr8 App

I love that you can easily track a workout and if you want to do that same workout down the road, you can easily copy it. There’s a multitude of exercises and plans to choose from and it doesn’t matter your current skill level, they’ve got something for everyone. You can also track your progress with specific exercises which is really helpful when you’re wondering if you’re making any progress. I’ve used several apps when it comes to working out and this is by far the best one.

  • Carrying a Workout Journal is For the Birds

First and foremost, I would like to state that I’ve had BodySpace on two different devices in two differing junctures of my life. Carrying a workout/fitness journal does absolutely no justice to the BodySpace app, with instructions on how to use each equipment with optimal efficacy, set and rep count and rest timers help prevent pussyfooting about or losing count on sets or forgetting what equipment used.
In addition, every week, a summary of your workouts is sent via email with motivating quotes, like “What’s up? No workouts this week?” or “[first name] is a weightlifting machine!” It’s the little things that keep you going on your workout goals.

  • Good app

Great app I’m still new but like a lot of the features that body space provide for free. I am finding some errors with the app. Can’t see my feeds and I can’t see any fitboard messages. Hope these errors get fixed in the future. But still an awesome app.
  • How do you have so many stars? Pathetic!

Can't take how in a couple years of using this, issues have not been fixed. Fitness Programs available are incomplete or outright wrong and they're not being QAed. There isn't a way to record body measurements which is a major thing in real bodybuilding. The basic Quetlet BS is out. "Ditch the scale" is not implemented here. When I post sometimes pictures do not show, or my workout doesn't show at all. It is very difficult to maneuver and is glitchy. Sometimes freezes and I can't continue. Also, this textbox for fit posts doesn't mingle with Apple's autocorrect so I have to capitalize and add every punctuation which is triple reason for me to move on. Goodbye, Bodyspace. You have never worked for me. This app has way too many problems that you clearly have no priority to fix.
