Love it my diet is on point

I love this app the food choices are great and help me out. this app is perfect

Great

Getting the right diet has been tough, but this app makes it so easy. I'd like to be able to have multiple wake up times to choose from during the week. Other than that it's a solid app.

Terrific way to manage macros while carb cycling!

Just your average Joe

Simple but effective app. Not a coach. If you want to get complex, not the app to use. After three weeks of following the diet to the letter, I went from a loose 42 to a comfortable 36 pant size. It works!!

Not recommended

Supposedly the app helps you to reach to your target whether to lose or gain weight . Unfortunately this app fails to do it. Even the food recommended by the app doesn't not shows how much carb, protein fat, etc

Don't waste your money

Great App

Started to work out and follow the diet, it's working. Easy to use.

Rigid

No flexibility in this app. It chooses your food for you? Can't enter custom food data accurately, or change meal timing.

Decent app

Good app , simple to use , recommends easily available foods from any supermarket . No crazy recipes . Only downfall is no option to sync between iPad and iPhone , still a 5 star app tho , because I've been looking for something like this for years .

Good idea but needs work

First off,I don't like how I don't get to choose my fitness goals.(gain weight,bulk up)I don't like that I can't choose my macro percentages,and o don't like that I can't choose my own meal plan options between 6 smalls and 3 large 2 snacks.its a good idea,but it seems like not much creative thought/effort were put into it.but if you are new to dieting and fitness and have no idea what's going on this is a good place to start.

Finally a health.

This app is really easy too use very helpful app that helps with trying too loose weight. Finally app that help lose weight by eating the right food.
