Potentially amazing
Everything is here for a killer app except the ability to share your ‘Plicks’ or view others. I see that the community of users have been asking for this for four years and have had no response, a great shame really. Once you’ve invested the time to create your quizzes it works really well, but it’s a classic case of reinventing the wheel multiple times within the community of users and even within a school dept.

If you need a tool to gather formative assessment data quickly and easily, Plickers is the tool you're looking for! Administrators and students love it! Tip: Never show individual answer results to the whole class to maintain anonymity, but do show the class the overall graph results. You'll love it too!Show lessAimeeLynn4
Conflicting feelings
I love Plickers. My first graders love Plickers. It’s frustrating, though, that I have so many issues using it. It freezes up in Live View on the board, and waiting wastes so much valuable time. Additionally, way too often, the graphics won’t load on the board. We see the answer choices, but where the graphic should be, there’s only a spinning loading icon. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it doesn’t fix the problem. I hope that there’s an update to this issue soon, as I’m fearful I need to find an alternative app, which makes me sad.Show lessNoxidlirpa

Great for quick assessment
I have been using Plickers for several years. My students love the immediate feedback, and I love that I can see who is struggling without the whole class knowing. I also use the feedback to ask the class why they missed questions, and it always leads to a great discussion about the structure of questions and how that relates to the end of year state test.Show lessAnonymously nicknamed
Great tool!
This is so easy to use. The only feature I wish it had was sharing libraries/files across users. There are many that colleagues have created that they would like to share with me. Otherwise, easy to use and fairly quick to get started on.Snlmbrr
Not a teacher
I'm not actually a teacher, I'm a student. My Maths teacher, Mrs Witter used this once in class and we all loved it. After class i asked her for the name of the site and now I'm here. So I've used it a bit to create a few quizzes for a club i help run and it's been great so far.
I've found it easy and enjoyable to create the quizzes and it's helped a lot with boredom. Don't know what to do? I'll just go on my phone and create a few questions until something else comes up. It's a great use of my time and I'd recommend it to teachers and fellow students alike.Show lessRabedeo
Great for quick checks!
I love using Plickers for quick and easy reading checks. I used it all last year and never had any issues at all. My sophomores enjoyed it (as much as they could enjoy taking a quiz) and the best part is that the quiz is graded immediately.Ashley6846
