Needs updated!!
Super slow I got a boogie board sync because it looked like an easy replacement for paper. you write on it after turning it on and then push save and boom everything is on your phone. but was vary Easley disappointed. The app needs somethings it's incredibly slow at saving anything I have my phone just about sitting on the boogie board and still is taking 5-10 minutes to download pages that I saved. Then the app goes unresponsive and Im not able to do anything as its downloading pages. Sometimes I turn the boogie board on and it connects to my phone but the app does not recognize it. So lately I've been just force quiting the app in hopes everything work. I like the board It just works. But the app falls flat and I wish it just worked.

Syncing issues
Like other reviews have said, this product has syncing with my iPhone x. For me, that makes this product useless.
Was fantastic...until iOS 12
This is a fantastic piece of tech... One that I recommended to many... Now doesn't sync to phone since IOS 12 and no indication of any update coming. No longer can use it for intended purpose... Going into a drawer until then...
Awful App but Amazing Product
The Boogie Board Sync is a great drawing tablet (I am an animator and I have my own studio) and it’s very useful. However, this app is very buggy and crashes frequently. If this app didn’t just freeze every time I opened it then I would be able to ignore the other obvious flaws.
Freezes and crashes every time
The app freezes and crashes every single time I open. It takes forever to even look at my notes that sometimes it’s not even worth using the boogie board.

App has completely stopped connecting to my boogie board and any attempt to freezes the app.
Bad experience
The worse thing i’ve ever bought, the app doesnt download the drawing, live mode doesnt work, and cant connect to computer.
Waste money for this device, better buy a pad for kid to draw a sily things than buy Sync

Keeps crashing
When I first got the Sync and this app, it was great. Now I am having nothing but problems. It crashes all the time, can’t connect with the bluetooth, I can’t seem to get it to work. I just sent an email to Boogie Board. I don’t know if this app needs an update or if my board has gone bad. I don’t think it is the board because when i connect it with usb to my computer it is fine. Maybe the bluetooth radio is bad, not sure.
Like I said, it started out great. I hope this can be fixed soon.

iOS 12 issues
Upon upgrading to iOS 12, pages no longer automatically transfer to app. When I open the app, one page transfers and then the app freezes and nothing else uploads! I reinstalled the app but now am trying to get the pages back one by one. I can't access my newest class notes and I need to see them for upcoming exams!
