  • ALMOST perfect, almost complete

Bandcamp has everything. No matter how obtuse your tastes are obscure, you’ll find something to love on the Bandcamp platform.
The app streamlines the website perfectly, plus it adds the features of downloading your purchases and creating playlists.
The reason why I say this app is ALMOST perfect is that it lacks an Apple Watch version and nothing yet for the iPad. I listen to music at work, being able to access Bandcamp on my watch just like I can with the other streaming services would complete this.
Please Bandcamp, make an accompaniment for the watch!

  • Bandcamp is the bomb but could be better…

As an indie artist myself, I got sick of paying a monthly fee that I knew wouldn’t go to support my favorite musicians. I also missed the days of collecting and getting to know albums intimately. It took a few months but I’m finally using it as my primary music app. I feel so proud and full of integrity to be playing music I sponsored, for all to see in my library. I do wish bandcamp had a subscription model like audible where I pay a monthly fee and get an album credit or something. It’s hard to stay on top of a budget with it, and the iPhone interface doesn’t let you big albums in app. This could be a great workaround and increase the bottom line of artists and bandcamp and make it easier for listeners.

  • Best thing ever

If you love music, get this app. There is an ocean of music to listen to. The Bandcamp weekly, including the metal show and the hip hop show, are the greatest shows ever. They are the most diverse collections of music, no matter what the genre you will find something new that is great. I’ve started listening to the log of the Weekly, beginning back in 2013. I can’t believe I’ve missed out on some much great stuff. I started listening in 2018 I think. I’m a huge music lover. This app also re kindled my love of vinyl, I can buy a release directly from the artist. I can’t express, in this review, how much Bandcamp means to me, I look forward to listening to new shows every week. So much great content, thousands upon thousands of hours of listening. Get it get it get it. You are guaranteed to find lots of music you will love! Thanks you Andrew Jervis, Stoney Creation and Brad Sanders! And anyone who contributes to this wonderful platform!
