I couldn’t do it without this app! My contractor friend recomended app. I don’t have my contracting license, but I do lots of small remodel jobs. Being new to estimates, I was able to make $3,000 my first week using this app! Professional estimates in a timely manner give the lasting first impression to home owners that you’re good at what you do. That’s just what this app does. It impresses clients so that you can impress them and they feel comfortable cutting you checks because their first impression of you was so high due to your estimate and it’s format! Easy to Use
The customer service is amazing! I have spoken on then phone, text/chat and sent emails and had nothing but the best experience!
Great software for the small and medium sized contractor. I highly recommend using this product.
There are a few limitations... but it’s easy to work around. But I know we are using the software a bit unconventionally for how it is intended.
As a time and materials GC, we create a job estimate. Then duplicate it and use the copy as a working document. This allows for a reference to what was issued to the client and then update the project in real time to the total/current cost.
The final is a slimmed down version with what ever change orders and final costs and previous payments. Just time materials and sub contractors.
The original is not synced to quick books, but the copy is. For us, this allows for the most flexibility and speed to keep our project up to date and billed correctly.Show lessAlias.Fake
What an excellent tool
I have been using this for nearly two years. It is extremely helpful with keeping track of lots of projects on the go at once.

Great app
I am a general contractor and use this app daily. It’s easy to use and clients like the layout. I like how I can i can go back and forth from desktop to mobile.
I only wish I could link it to work with my PC and quickbooks desktop.tcbuilder
What a great app for a small business owner!
The one thing I don’t like about the app is being locked out of the Estimates. I’ve made mistakes and tried to fix some things or tried to add info for sending the invoice and I couldn’t. Everything else in the app is amazing and a huge help for me the way it organizes and offers to print and email all the paperwork! Overall I truly love the app!Show lessJr's Handyman Service

You can unlock the estimate by deleting the invoice. We designed it this way so that you don't accidentally create an invoice, then add something to the estimate and forget to invoice it to the customer.Excellent Tool
