I attended virtual concert on sat 14th June Was able to see &hear speakers though a couple of them were not very clear and wondered if they in a closet! it was very good,the cannabis lectures and forum was very good,overall satisfactory but missed going to conference in Rotorua!and hope it goes back to that?😜Thank you .Show lessCa Br

Whova hosting international conference
I think we’re now all getting more used to using virtual connection as a way of keeping in touch, learning and conducting business. I’ve used Skype, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. My first introduction to Whova was as a result of attending a virtual international conference connecting the U.S. with among others, the UK, Canada, Africa, Australia and NZ. Whova was easy to instal, connection was good and allowed for sharing of documents easily, and was fairly intuitive to navigate. Asking questions, taking notes all available either through a tablet/phone or via a slightly different link, laptop/ desktop.

Informed and connected
I love this app .. with our Freedom Fest conference with around 800 peeps there and hundreds live streaming having all the information at our fingertips was incredible.
There was no having to find your team and relaying messages we all had it on our phones.
From check in to session times and where to be for them to any changes to the program It was so easy and effortless time efficient and easy to use ..

Whova - Great experience!
Recently attended a 2 day conference & the organisers had chosen Whova for all attendees to use. What an excellent idea! One centralised place for maps, registration info & the basics, but also a tonne of valuable add ons like being able to select the sessions you were interested in to create your own agenda, a community section with forums & questions that everyone could contribute to, list of attendees & messaging options so you could connect with others you met. I just hope that this is available to use at future conferences I attend as it added so much to the experience!Show lessMel Can't Cook

I really appreciated the app and found it most useful as I am New to the Board of Commissioners and I was a “First Time Conference Attendee.”
I did quite a bit of networking thru the app and made some, hopefully, lifetime friends! I did find that a lot of conference attendees did not take advantage of the app and that was a bit puzzling to me but I guess once you’ve been to so many, you may not need as much guidance and already know what to expect? As for me, I found it extremely useful and would definitely use it for the upcoming Colorado Conference which I am looking forward to😉

Appraisal and of Whova
For everyone, including those who may not be very well organised, it was a simple, user - friendly app that proffered efficient solution to all we needed to know and do at the conference. It was also convenient in literally every aspect - from identifying friends who were attending to arranging side meetings, etc. I had words with quite a no. of other participants and the consensus was that it was probably the best we’ve seen

Perfect for any conference or event
Great app which helps you to plan out your day at a conference or event aswell as stay in contact with the people you meet. There are also additional feature such as personalised information if you are presenting, forums and photo sharing. Very impressive.Axl science chem
Whova is a must have event management app
I experienced using Whova event management app recently for a CPA PNG annual conference. The app is not only useful in knowing program features, speakers on panel, attendees, dates and location but it also allowed various formal and informal community discussions between the attendees. Additionally for me as an employer Whova assisted me to post job position and obtain suitable responses as the target audience were professionals.
