I only write reviews for the EXTREMELY GOOD apps and the extremely bad. Survey Monkey is definitely one of the good guys .
Easy to use and plenty of options to enable the possibility of making any survey you choose. I had a paid membership but now using the free version which will work for most anyone

So expensive
Had seen others using this, so I used it for a really important survey for my business.
Before making the survey, i saw no indication that I would need to pay to see the results.
Now I am unable to view the hundreds of results to my survey without paying $150 a month
Which is way too much for an app I will probably never use again 😭

Useless without £99 upgrade
Before you have sent out the survey it’s not clear what is restricted in the free account. I now have several responses to my survey and can’t see more than 20 without upgrading and paying £99.
This information should have been clearer - I would never have used this app if that were the case.

Was a five star at first
It was a five star till they wanted $130 monthly, even know I have only one survey posted, maybe if they dropped the price it would be worth it but at $130 and up it's not worth it, also capped out at 25 reviews it says the lowest rating I can give is a 1 but it's really a 0
Crashing constantly
I was going to add the app to be able to create on the go but trying to login or even signing up was impossible due to the app crashing.
So I will go back to using the free google forms on my pc that I can have as many people respond as I like, as well as design the layout to make it look great without being limited by choice or having to pay for the additional features. 🐵💥💣

Used to be good
This app used to be my go to app for surveys. Now they have gotten so greedy that everything is monetized, and you can’t even do the most basic features without paying them. I am super unimpressed. You are the worst app in the world.

The basic (free) plan allows you to create surveys with a decent amount of features.
What they don’t tell you is that you can only view 10 of your responses. Given that counterintuitive, nonsensical fact, you might think that you will be able to view all of your responses to the survey you created for free.
So you might rely on it and make an important survey for yourself, business, project- anything.

There are other parts of there scheme that are scammy as well. For instance, they try to hide the fact that they will charge you a lump sum- so if you have all of your data held hostage, you might think that you can just pay for a month. Wrong.
You also might think you could pay for the 25$ a month enterprise plan. Buying that actually costs you $900 immediately (25$ per person, plans for 3 people, times 12 months , billed annually).
They rely on tricks to trap people. Use any SurveyMonkey alternative, but do not use them.

Continues to crash on opening
Title says it all. This happened after subscription. Prior to that worked ok.
Do not use unless you plan to pay for pro
I wish I could give negative stars. I used to use Survey Monkey in college all the time. It was completely free. I decided to use it as an event sign up and once I got more than 10 responses, it locked the additional responses and told me it was a pro feature. Survey Money Pro is $98 PER MONTH. They don’t tell you this when you sign up, so I sent an email blast and posted this event sign up for my neighborhood. So, now I have to create a different event sign up, resend it, and people who have already signed up have to do it again. Embarrassing.

Good app but
Great app interface but there seems to be a glitch where you can’t view the newer respondents survey when the first come in. Considering how insanely expensive the subscription is, this should be looked at. Excellent app though.
