Usual poorly described money grab
As a non profit I downloaded this app hoping to improve my organizations operation. It looked like a dream - until I reached 10 responses and was informed that to see any more I would have to upgrade - at a cost of $129 a month. Yes - a month. Why don’t you people be up front and not hide these facts until you’ve sucked people in?! Shame on you.

Just deleted it after 20mins
I used it to create an online quiz. But couldn’t send the quiz because of paywall. Extortionate price for basic personal plan that no individual can afford easily. The app doesn’t tell you that the quiz is a premium feature anywhere that you can see. It only lets you waste your time massively only to discover at the end that the quiz feature specifically is not possible to send without paying.
It’s a waste of time, frustrating and survey monkey is just getting more annoying each time quite frankly.

Pay for results
It’s not really free when you have to pay £100s just to have a half decent survey. For free you can have 10 questions including your title/description and only 10 responses can be seen. Avoid this app
Shakes you down for $100 subscription if you want your results!
I wish I could give them zero stars but that’s not an option. The lowest level of subscription is $100/month if you want to see any responses after the first 10. AT NO POINT during the registration do they tell you this. They wait until you’ve already sent out the survey and receive more than 10 responses to tell you to pay them a ridiculous amount of money to see them. I literally only need 1 survey and will probably never need this software again. Had I known this earlier in the process, I would never have used them.

A really awesome app
I hope people can take surveys directly from the website and app as a social media platform.
WHY IS IT SO MUCH MONEY?!
Im a student so obviously I’m just looking for a one time thing to pass my assignments in class but low and behold I had to pay to get more than 10 responses? Which I was like okay but why didn’t you warn me before I sent it out? Or tell me that when I signed on? Not to mention the prices, the “best deal” they had was 39$ a month but it bills you annually so what was the point? It’s trashy and not professional. It seems like it’s trying to trick us into giving them money. I’m 100% certain that these 5 star reviews were paid from all the money they make mooching off people. I hope I can rate this 0 out of 5 stars.

Trash company deletes reviews
They want 100$ for you to see any surveys past 10. They also got my other review deleted. Shady and unethical. Btw you can do all the same features of this app with google docs and Microsoft forms. Google is FREE. this app is not for college students trying to send out a survey to other students. They don’t bother to mention the over 10 part until you’re PAST ten surveys that have been done. Don’t bother with this app.

‘Free’ Surveys now cost the earth
Beware. Signed up & used this app for over a year under their no cost policy for under 40 responses to help people book into dances being held. They have tightened restrictions regularly over time but last week got a notice that they are reducing number of responses to 10 from 1/1/23 & I need to pay hundreds $ to keep using. There is no ‘cheap’ rate for tiny users. Sad, but my little part time business certainly can’t afford that massive cost. A few days later & my 2 active surveys are now effectively shut down without notice 2 weeks BEFORE the stated new date. I now have alerts to tell me people are coming to my Christmas dance, I’ve come down with COVID & have had to cancel the event. The only way I can see who has booked is to pay their blackmail demands.

Free version not suitable for casual use
This is certainly a high class survey tool. Unfortunately, the free Basic service is unsuitable for even casual use. There is a 10 response limit per survey, then you have to upgrade ($99 minimum for just one month) to a premium level.
