Old out of date app
Stopped working on my IOS. App hasn't been updated since 2013. The whole reason people install these cameras is to have remote monitoring. If that doesn't work what's the point.

This app needs an update. Why have you not done this ?
Application issues
Not sure I’ll buy another camera system from Lorex. The application worked great for 2 years but lately cameras don’t load I have to refresh several times before they come up. Also my system is 5 years old one of the cameras took water. I called LOREX to purchase a replacement camera and they told me my system is discontinued and their new cameras are not compatible with my system. My only alternative was to purchase a new system.

Poor apps
Lorex makes excellent camera systems, just wish they would keep their apps updated. Will never buy another lorex because I cannot use the app to view my house. Don’t buy Lorex products. Read the reviews and see how bad they are.

Worst company
Their app and camera system is junk. I have to reboot the unit every other week because one of the cameras would stop working. And now their app will not work on LTE, you have to be at home connected to your home WiFi in order to get remote live viewing to work. What’s the use in that??? In addition now they have 5 other apps to download. Why so many apps to confuse us?

Need to update their app
I have been using this app for last 4 years but past 2 months it’s not working. Please fix it. Also your app takes long time to load and it moves so slow.
App needs update to current IOS!
Lorex NetHD Stratus app was working fine for me for over 5 years, who knew once I updated to IOS 13 that it would stop working completely!! PLEASE MAKE IT WORK AGAIN as I spent $2000 for your cameras system! As for the cameras, they are all still working fine, I can view them locally.
