Do Not Buy Lorex
Lorex abandoned owners of 3 year old Lorex camera systems by not updating to ios11. This makes the 16 camera system I purchased 3 years ago completely useless. If it did this once it will do it again when it’s current products are 2-3 years old.

App will not work with iPad 11.3. Please get this fixed. You have a great product but the app not working really is bad.

Needs an update stopped working with the new iOS 11 on iPad
App stop working over mobile network only on wifi
As soon as I updated to this version, the app stopped working over mobile network. I can only access cameras on wifi. Lorex as a whole has the worst software developers and very rarely update their software.
Finally works again
The mobile version stopped working two years ago for ATT and many wifi. Called technical support many times but no use. Now after upgrade I know it was 32 bits security issue, which did not fit the minimal security requirement for many internet providers. Anyway, it is well overdue but solves the problem. I was planning to replace the whole system with other brand but now can stay with this old version for a while.
After several days of using the app I found that there is a bug in this app. It need restart the app every time which mean that you have to quit the app completely first.
