...when you use the image capture function the app crashes immediately upon hearing the 'shutter'.
Update seemed to break the app
The recent update doesn't allow the app to work over mobile connection, only wifi...
Bad update for me
Mine stopped working as soon as the app was updated. Liked the old slow version, at least it worked for me.
Great update with better features.
The app update is good, but if you only have one device there are several steps to get to it. If they could just add a default to a specific device it would help.

App Needs To Be Updated
Receiving msgs indicating App won't work after next IOS update. Please update so I can continue to monitor my cameras from my mobile!!
Lorex claims to have nothing to do with this app?
Lorex customer service (Now Flir) claims that they have nothing to do with the apps. No control over their own software? What a crap company! This app is the only one that works with my Lorex system and will soon not only be obsolete but completely dead when ios 11 comes out. Their solution is that I should buy another system. Avoid Lorex!

9/10 times I use it, it doesn't work so when I want to look in on the house remotely, I'm SOL

I now get an apple message your app will not work with future iOS. Please update.
