Worst service and costly
My car broke down on the way to ferry, so i tried to call them but there’s no contact number, i emailed them but an automated reply said it will be reviewed in 1-2 days which was too late. I tried to chat in the app but it directed me to the app to make any change but app didn’t allow. I didn’t get any refund or amendment since no way to contact them. Anyway at the jetty i had to buy the tickets again, it was 30% cheaper than the prices that i paid 2 days earlier. After 1 day they replied on email and i asked for any kind of refund but they said it’s not possible. I will not use this app or their website ever again. Thanks

E-tickets not available though this app

For some ferry companies, you'll get tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed, and for others, you may need to check-in online beforehand or collect your tickets at the port.
