Not very good

Easy to download and retrieve booking but have not been able to create account. Not very helpful and pointless app.

Beware of pre booking tickets

We pre booked a ferry from Capri to Procida, Italy in September, 2024. We added on the cancellation policy for an additional fee. Beware, read the cancellation policy. It allows YOU to cancel up to 48 hours in advance of scheduled ferry. In our case we had no intention of cancelling, weather caused the cancellation. We became aware of the cancellation on the dock prior to our boarding time. We had our printed tickets with us and asked to exchange those tickets to book the ferry that was available to go to Naples. The ticket office would not make an exchange in Capri or in Naples telling us to download a form for a refund. Contacting the company with the What’s app number was impossible. We chatted with an agent when we finally found the downloaded form for a refund. We were told the agent would forward our request and we would get an email from the company. So far, no word from anyone. My advise, in Italy, do not make any pre-arranged travel plans. Weather, strikes, overcrowded buses, and changed schedules make pre-arranged plans difficult to keep. We found that ferry tickets were always available if you arrived a few hours before you plan on leaving. We hope the we get our $74. refund, but are becoming more skeptical as time passes. Enjoy your travels and eliminate the stress of pre booked arrangements and false guarantees of refunds in case of cancellation. I hope I can send another review to say the company did come through with the cancellation. I’d be happy to let you know they do appreciate customer satisfaction and do stand by refunding fees when weather gets in the way of fulfilling their part of the contract.

Like this app. Only used it a few times but like it keeps everything together

Worst service and costly

They have the worst customer service ever. No number to contact, in case urgency you won’t get any help through app or emails. Their online price are 30% higher than the on spot price, even if you buy 2-3 days early.
My car broke down on the way to ferry, so i tried to call them but there’s no contact number, i emailed them but an automated reply said it will be reviewed in 1-2 days which was too late. I tried to chat in the app but it directed me to the app to make any change but app didn’t allow. I didn’t get any refund or amendment since no way to contact them. Anyway at the jetty i had to buy the tickets again, it was 30% cheaper than the prices that i paid 2 days earlier. After 1 day they replied on email and i asked for any kind of refund but they said it’s not possible. I will not use this app or their website ever again. Thanks

E-tickets not available though this app

You can use this app to compare times and rates, but it doesn’t have e-tickets. If you book directly through the website of your preferred ferry you can receive an e-ticket. Otherwise you will have to obtain your ticket from the ticket office before boarding.

For some ferry companies, you'll get tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed, and for others, you may need to check-in online beforehand or collect your tickets at the port. Unbelievably bad service- DO NOT USE THEM

needed to cancel one part of the journey but can’t do that online. Spent a week trying to contact them but no response at all. Ended up cancelling everything and booked direct with ferry company.

Don’t try and speak to anyone…

I need to find information regarding travelling with bicycles… the DF ‘Bot’ does not understand the the words Bike or Bicycle so now completely in the dark. No contact number… To be honest, no one at DF seems to care at all. Disgrace.

Your app is buggy. Doesn’t always load and when I critically need details it doesn’t work
