Waste of money
Trust me, don’t waste your time and money booking anything through this company. I have booked one thing, at a set price, but within a few hours got an email telling me the price has more than doubled; I accepted this, as by that stage I had booked hotels etc and would've lost money by cancelling these. However, the next day, another email from direct ferries with yet another price increase, with no explanation at all. I have emailed several of their email addresses querying this, and didn’t get one response.
On a previous booking, the route and timings were changed by the ferry operator. People I was travelling with who had booked the same tickets direct with the ferry company had been notified about this and received compensation for it. But, as I booked with direct ferries I was only notified about this change days later (by which time hotel prices had increased already) with no compensation at all. Again, I had emailed, and got zero reply.
Direct ferries customer service is appalling. I will never use their company again and would strongly suggest anyone booking any ferry do so direct with the ferry company - you’ll probably get a cheaper price and won’t have to endure the ridiculous “service” that direct ferries claim to offer.

Don’t use this app, after collection of your credit card info, you don’t get tickets!
Always glitches
This app seems to have a new glitch every time I use it. Now it’s saying “add at least one adult passenger” when I have 2 adults showing. Also, if the app is going to let you save passenger details, why do I have to enter them again before purchase?
Doesn't even load
Lacking many features & doesn't offer intuitive design & needs first to undergo major bug fixing then the app is in serious need of refinement and improvement, enabling route planning, and so much more.
Anyway, that being said, I gave this 1* because I can't give 0* but the app now is not even functional, just gives error on startup of "can't load data", no matter how I try to solve the problem.
Huge work needs doing on the website first to make the trip planning more intuitive, easy, and with a more easy on the eye design, that way at least the website is usable as a method of planning / booking ferry trips. Once that is sorted then a complete overhaul of the iOS app is necessary to reflect the updated simplicity of trip planning / browsing / booking / managing / upgrading / rescheduling etc etc... If these things were to be implemented this service (website & app) holds great promise to fill a gap in the market for just such a service. Until that time, I'd STRONGLY recommend AGAINST USING THIS APP and instead using the ferry company websites (or apps) directly for planning / comparison / bookings / management etc.

Crash All The Time
This app crashes every time I try to enter my vehicle information. Horrible. I deleted it & just use the computer
