Nearly unusable
While my experiences at the hospital have been quite good, app is horrific - utterly useless! It seems like it was designed to ensure that you cannot make an appointment unless you know exactly which doctor you want to see rather than helping you find the right doctor based on your issue. For example, there is no way to make an appointment for a drivers license renewal. You have to figure out which doctors provide which tests and book the services individually. Needs fixing
The app keeps on lagging and some features for. Work at all I keep booking comprehensive medical checks and they don’t seem to go through plus why no customer support on app except for the voice one and even that has a hard time finding its way. From best to worst!
This app used to provide innovative ways to reach any medical need with ease of mind and comprehensive digital services.
Now it seems more of a forgotten app by the biggest medical hospital in Saudi.

Payment service not working
Tried to pay an invoice but the payment process does not work and there is no error message so I cannot identify how to solve it.albe_rod
Poor management of appointments
This is now the fourth appointment cancelled, supposedly my fault for not confirming, even though on investigation due to Doctor unavailability. Today’s appointment has disappeared from the calendar without telling me anything. Again, it seems the Doctor has changed her timetable. This is completely unacceptable, leaving me in a position without important drugs. I am away from KSA for the Eid holiday and need to fill my prescriptions before 2 April.
I am of the opinion that this app is utterly useless if I can’t even book an appointment and be assured it will happen.Show lessargaumrugbyexile
Very slow full of glitches
I had a horrible experience with live care after paying 150SAR. Other than the hour and a half long waiting time it glitched multiple times and crashed. Couldn’t reach the support as well. Finally when I got to the point of receiving the sickleave they demanded I visit the office? Just all together horrible experience. Never again.Show lessHanxa93

Impossible to login or register
I have been to the surgery but app does not recognise me. I have tried my MRN number and my Emirates ID to no avail. Cannot login or register.smiler:23

Pointless app
It is near impossible to book an appointment on this app. You have to go through so many questions and if you have more than one file (as your dependents fall under your mobile number) there is no way to select a child. It will simply NOT allow you to book and tell you to “visit the nearest branch to update detail”.Show lessAliahash
