Finger print Authenticator
For some reason only known to the developer of this app, it has now told me my finger print is not authorised to use this app. Well it had been for the last year with no issues.

Is the App user friendly?
The App needs to be more user friendly. It needs to send notifications in English if I have chosen English as my preferred language. Also the app keeps automatically logging me out which is frustrating. Also I am unable to email my reports to myself.Mrs TPP

This application lacks the most simplest features, I’ve been waiting for an SMS message or a WhatsApp notification to log into my account for the past 3 days and everyday is the same issue, I also tried visiting the hospital to update any info yet the same issue is still happening, it’s so frustrating and pointless, why do I have an app I can’t even access? Forced log off
After the last update the app forced me off and it’s not allowing me to log in again I tried every possible method but no luck
I’m really disappointed
I visited the Al Khobar branch today and even they don’t know how to fix the issue and asked me to wait

التحديث الاخير مزعج، اذا تم الدخول على نتائج المختبر يتم غلق البرنامج تلقائياً. I faced app crash regardless how many times I tried. This issue happened when I tried to pull up a lab results from last year. I hope you solve this issue ASAP as it is necessary for the patients.

Also, the Takasussi branch provides low quality diagnostic and Doctors, especially ER.

نجمتين فقط للتطبيق، اما المستشفى فيحمل درجة فاشل مع مرتبة الشرف الأولى.
Finally, I gave two stars for the app only. Regarding Alhabib medical group; they are nothing but the best complete disaster and failure globally.Show lessHpuffy
